Towers Rotana

I stayed at the Towers Rotana Hotel with my family in October 2025. The hotel has a great location on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Future Museum. The rooms were excellent, especially with the portable TV that can be turned, which is a really important feature when you have a child. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant was very crowded in the mornings. There was a line, and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a seat. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. While there weren't many attractions for children at the hotel, there is a playground in nearby streets. The hotel also has a fantastic swimming pool, though it is located in another building on a back street. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a wonderful stay at Towers Rotana, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Daryl, who graciously upgraded our room. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, and her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. The hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We’d especially like to thank Dinusha from Housekeeping for keeping our room impeccably clean and comfortable each day. We also appreciate Rashan at the breakfast and dinner buffet for the excellent service and warm hospitality, making every meal enjoyable. A special mention also goes to Firuj and Bikram from the luggage team. They were friendly, efficient, and always happy to assist, making both our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. It’s the people who truly make a hotel stand out, and the team at Towers Rotana certainly did. Their genuine care and outstanding customer service made our family feel valued throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning on our next visit. Thank you to the entire Towers Rotana team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Sorry i have to tell you guys everything! One of the most if not the most terrible experience i have ever had in my entire life and travel experience! I can't fathom how bad hotel in this street started being! Im amazed how bad they be adjusting policies because "short staffed". I visited July instead of going to a nice weathered country i came here to dubai, and hahhaa how bad they are oh god! It's not even season and they r this bad! Let's start, first no matter what they will not allow any delivery driver to deliver to ur room no matter what because (some) guests might not like seeing delivery drivers in elevator!!?? Then they will never bring ur food to ur room as they are short staffed g!? Imagine in july! Not even season! If u live in 20 plus floors good luck going up and down 20 floors for ur food in a damn hotel which supposed to serve us. Secondly, they claim there's sound proof rooms hahahaha, imagine im hearing my neighbors talking and having sex all night z y, my room has a connected door to the next room as well, i suggested transfer but u will be degraded instead of (upgraded) if u wanna transfer! They also claim they have washing machine and u can access public laundry but u cant, u also cant access any microwave or oven, restaurant will totally refuse to serve u no matter what. When they change bed covers its always loose and dirty linen that been used by like a thousand guests will always get out, they never wash it or replace it. Everyone at the hotel grimacing and unhappy, try to have ur meal any time breakfast lunch or dinner, and see how workers on their edge all the time! When i asked in a friends way most hotels they relied most hotels in this street attempting same methods as all short staffed and it will reduce costs. I have had my worst holiday because of this hotel. Never ever coming here again, i suggest go to an apartment or Airbnb at this point, at least u will have better prices, and delivery driver can deliver to u. I have never requesting a thing and they served me, it's always sorry and apologize we're unable! How crazy! In a hotel! Where am i supposed to be served and taking care of then?
