Towers Rotana

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect 15 minutes from Dubai airport. All the staff from check in to check out were very polite and friendly. Special mention goes to Mr. Rheon who was very kind and helpful finding me a table to sit during the busy breakfast time. When checking out, Mr. Quadri helped me carry the luggage. Credit to the hotel having such a lovely staff. Enjoyed my stay. Much appreciated.

Describing this hotel in a single review is simply impossible. You have to experience it for yourself to truly understand what we went through. First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. Reda for the incredibly warm welcome. After a tiring journey from Belgium, arriving in the middle of the night, you made us feel right at home straight away by providing us with food and making us feel so welcome. Incredible service—you are a great man and truly essential in making guests feel at home. Next, I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Hashan, our king of the kitchen. Thank you for the outstanding service in the restaurant. From the smallest details to the biggest requests, everything was absolutely perfect. Certain people just have a way of making you feel special, even in a busy kitchen and restaurant environment, and that is a wonderful feeling. You could clearly see in the restaurant that the team was highly motivated and worked incredibly hard—both, as I mentioned, with Mr. Hashan, but also Saba. They were all very driven, friendly, and truly made us feel like we weren't just part of the crowd, but that we were special guests. The leadership of Mr. Ade is clearly excellent, and you could see that everyone was happy. The children were truly treated like kings and queens in the restaurant as well! Thank you also to Saba, and to everyone else in the restaurant for the delicious cooking. Thank you for the tips on how to roast the potatoes the same way at home!Of course, I also must mention the rooms, which were impeccably cleaned every single day. It was incredible—every time we returned after a day at the pool or a tiring day at the beach, the room was absolutely spotless. It was wonderful to see and truly made us feel at ease. We also had an amazing time at the pool. A big thank you to God bless, who made sure we were never bored. Thank you also to Omar for the great follow-up whenever we asked for something.Lastly, thank you for actively asking for our feedback. For instance, we suggested that the pool could stay open a bit longer in the evening, and I heard this will be implemented as early as next week! Unfortunately, not in time for us, but future guests staying at the hotel will absolutely love this.We didn't know Dubai very well yet, but I had done some research beforehand about the location and how it was situated compared to everything else. In reality, it completely exceeded my expectations. Thx for all!

I have had an exceptional amazing experience here at this wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. I am not over exaggerating when I say that this is by far the best hotel that I have ever been in and without a doubt - this is the most professional and kind-hearted stuff that I’ve ever met anywhere in the world. The room was beautiful and always clean - as was the hotel overall. The staff is always ready to take good care of you and remembers your needs. Everyone of them speaks perfect English. The vast variety of food at the buffet was incredibly delicious and healthy - not to mention. The hotel is child friendly but also holds plenty of space for a bar (with alcohol ) The tower rotana hotel also has a Swimmingpool, gym if you wish to work out, steamroom, sauna - and so much more. This is in their all inclusive package which is very affordable. The location is perfect - with both the train station near by, but also taxis - depending on your need. At the Tower Totana you get everything you want from Dubai wrapped in luxury. Perfect place that will give you the perfect vacation. Over all I’d give this hotel at least 10 stars if I could. Fantastic stay at Rotana – highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect location — only around 15 minutes from Dubai Airport by taxi, with the metro station just a 1-minute walk from Rotana. The check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We were given a slightly larger suite (Room 1501), which was perfect for our family. We have two teenage boys, and the living room was spacious enough to fit two single beds while still leaving plenty of room for the sofas and coffee table. My husband and I had the separate bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower, plus another separate toilet in the living room. It worked really well for a family of four. What really made our stay special was the welcoming atmosphere and the wonderful staff who made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to Nakita at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Shahid and Sourov from the concierge team were incredibly helpful and always happy to assist. Rheon and Quadri in the restaurant were hardworking, friendly and attentive. Sola from housekeeping was efficient and did a fantastic job. All the staff working around the pool and gym were also friendly and welcoming. Although Rotana is located on a busy main road, our room was surprisingly quiet — we hardly noticed the traffic at all. And the curtains deserve a special mention too! They block out the light incredibly well, which was fantastic for getting a good night’s sleep. Overall, excellent value for money and a great choice whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple or with family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Rotana again when we return to Dubai! ❤️🇦🇪
