I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The hotel itself feels truly luxurious, with elegant design and a relaxing atmosphere. The service overall was Excellent– every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience with outstanding service. I will definitely come back again!

This hotel shows absolutely no respect to its guests. No respect at all. I lost my money as soon as I arrived in Dubai, and I explained everything to the reception, telling them I would pay by 10:00 AM in the morning. However, an employee named Mahmood was rude and unprofessional, and he forced me to spend the night in the waiting area. I am now having to stay in the lobby overnight because of this. I believe that an international-level hotel should show at least some understanding toward its guests. I was not trying to run away or avoid payment in any way—I fully intended to pay. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel behave very rudely. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that, the hotel’s restaurant is not even operating for breakfast or dinner. Instead, they use the menu and space of the basement nightclub. The food is also very bad and tasteless. I regret choosing this hotel. Don’t trust all the reviews on Booking. The receptionist either writes reviews himself using guests’ phones at check-out or forces them to write them. This is a very foolish kind of marketing. I don’t know if they are trying to boost their reputation this way or if they have some other purpose.

Good, Ruby, the one who answered my call to book my reservation; Ms. Daryl, who assisted us when we arrived at the hotel; and Mr. Nour, who helped us change and gave us a quiet and more peaceful room... Though the weather wasn't quite good when we checked in, we liked the location, as it's so near to every place; it's convenient for anyone… and housekeeping, who didn't get tired of answering our request!!! Thumbs up for every hotelier, and we will pass on this. Stay safe, and we will be back soon!!! Thank you, everyone. ❤️❤️

Dear Rotana Hotel Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire team of Rotana Hotel for the excellent service, professionalism, and genuine care shown to your guests. Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant, thanks to the comfortable rooms, the great location, and the warm and attentive attitude of your staff. I would especially like to mention an incident that happened during our stay. At one point, a siren sounded and guests began looking for a safe place. We went down to the lower (basement) floor where the office is located. In that tense moment, Anna from the office showed exceptional kindness and care. She kindly offered us water and brought chairs so that elderly guests could sit down and calm themselves. Her calmness, compassion, and willingness to help were deeply appreciated and meant a lot to us at that moment. I would also like to give special thanks to Malika, Mohammed, Rega, and the manager Mahesh for their professionalism, kindness, and constant readiness to assist. It is clear that Rotana Hotel has a wonderful team that truly cares about its guests. Because of your team’s support and hospitality, we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center and close to everything, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The food was very good, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mohamed Reda, who was always there when we needed anything. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his support and kindness. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.
