W Dubai the Palm is the perfect family holiday, honeymoon or escape from reality. While the pools, valet, rooms and service from every staff member has been wonderful, a special mention is required for BIBIN, head chef who has curated the most delicious, fresh, tasty, plentiful dishes throughout my stay. Specializing in delectable seafood, quality carvery and an astonishing international buffet each day and night, BIBIN’s attention to flavour, texture, freshness and detail has been highlighted in every plate. Breakfast pastries are out of this world (caramel cronuts!!) but I counted down the minutes to dinner each night to enjoy the finest dining that Bibin offered. I will always remember how delicious my experience at W Dubai the Palm was as well as how luxurious and overall amazing my stay was. Thank you all

Stayed here with a friend and had a great time. Beautiful beach, tasty food, good drinks, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The weather was perfect and everything felt calm and enjoyable. Would definitely come back.

Perfect stay. Nice modern spacious rooms. Kind staff. Especially Moses the door Captain is fullfilling all your request and has always a smile on his face. Amazing guy! Already my second time here and will comeback for sure. Recommend for everyone coming to Dubai.

We booked W the Palm hotel all inclusive package for 11 nights for my 50th birthday. The rooms were spacious and funky. The cleanliness throughout this hotel was exceptional. The staff from house keeping to security to bar staff to restaurant staff to reception and management...ALL STAFF were absolutely fabulous, friendly, smiley and couldn't do enough for you. The rastaurants and food were outstanding. Delicious meals at every area. The pool area and beach were super clean with service to your sun lounger. These workers couldn't honestly do enough for you. On the day of my birthday they made such a fuss over me at breakfast and at pool area and at dinner. They helped make my birthday really special and i thank them so much for that. My husband and I will definitely come back and stay 100%. We already planning our next trip.

Our stay at W Palm Dubai from January 12–17 was truly outstanding, and the level of service we received made it an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond at every touchpoint. At Liv Restaurant, our servers Emi and Amgad were exceptional during breakfast, lunch, or dinner—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They made every meal feel special. A special thank you to Moses and Chidi, the door captains, who consistently took great care of us—whether it was arranging taxis, helping us head out for the day, or warmly welcoming us back each evening. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. When we checked out, Jazzen was incredibly helpful with storing our luggages  and ensuring everything went smoothly, which was greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize all the other staff members that worked doing our stay that I cannot recall their names but want them to be acknowledged as well as very single person we encountered delivered excellent service with warmth, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Warm regards to the brunette woman who assisted us when we first checked into the hotel. It truly felt like everyone cared about making our stay the best possible. Thank you to the entire W Palm Dubai team for such an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
