Aelius Hotel & Spa (ex. Lavris)

A genuinely excellent week. The resort itself is well-kept, the food is good - everything you’d want from an all-inclusive in Crete. But what made this stay stand out was the staff. Eva, Kallia and Gwyw deserve a specific mention. All three were warm, attentive and clearly took pride in what they do. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they remembered your name and preferences without you having to repeat yourself. That kind of service is harder to find than people think, and it makes a real difference to how a holiday feels. Would go back without hesitation. If you’re heading to Gouves, this is the one.

I stayed at this hotel and purchased a head, shoulders and neck massage, my therapist was manos and he performed a professional relaxing massage, this whole experience was amazing.

Just had an amazing back and neck massage from Manos. He did such a great job working out all the knots and tension. I felt so much lighter and relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a top-notch massage experience!
