We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel, and we truly had a fantastic stay. Our bungalow with a frontal sea view was beautiful. The gardens are stunning and exceptionally well maintained, just like the beach. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. We still don't understand how it was possible that, in an all-inclusive resort, we never had to wait more than three minutes for a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire resort was spotless, there wasn't a single piece of litter anywhere. We also loved the cute cats and the beach bar during sunset. On our first day at the main pool, a member of staff kindly informed us that towels left unattended for more than an hour would be removed. We also saw that this policy was consistently enforced with other guests. I had noticed in previous reviews that people had complained about sunbeds being reserved for hours, so it was great to see that the hotel had clearly listened to this feedback and taken action. The fact that they genuinely pay attention to guests' comments and make improvements says a lot about their commitment to providing a great experience. There is, however, some room for improvement. The quality of the beds, pillows, bed linen, and towels did not meet our expectations. The beds and pillows, in particular, were not comfortable and could really use an upgrade. One unfortunate incident occurred during our stay. My children, aged 12 and 18, went to have lunch in the main restaurant. They had just filled their plates and were about to start eating when a staff member hurried over and asked, "Do you even know what time it is?" They didn't, as they don't use their phones during our holidays. It turned out to be 2:10 p.m., while the restaurant officially closes at 2:00 p.m. However, dozens of other guests around them were still eating. The staff member took their full plates away from right in front of them and threw the food away. We found this extremely unprofessional, unnecessary, and rude, especially considering the signs throughout the restaurant asking guests not to waste food. That's the only reason why I give this hotel 4 and not 5 stars. That being said, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future!
Beautiful Agapi resort on the island with many swimming pools. A best all inclusive. Suitable for families and couples. Top food with various restaurants and a wide choice.
Thoroughly relaxing, would recommend a trip to the spa to anyone wanting some self care.

The hotel was fine and is recommended. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean but, in my opinion, a bit too small for a family of four. There was a huge variety of food options from breakfast through to dinner. Unfortunately, the main dining area was sometimes overcrowded at dinner. One thing that really didn't work was the gardening schedule: the gardener would only start mowing the lawn at 10:00 a.m., just when people were already lying by the pool or on the grass. All in all, we had a lovely holiday.
