Agapi Beach Resort

The service and Atmosphere were very good! The rooms nice, we had a free upgrade to suite for the first 4 days. Location is good. Noise level at the second floor at the hallway was en annoying. Cleanliness was good, but room cleaning could be better!! Value was overall good. Amensities Good

Everything was perfect - from clean, elegant room with view of the sea, through tasty meals with a wide variety of food to choose, to overall awesomeness of the resourt and facilities.

We spent a week here in a sea view room for three in the main building. Keep in mind that we were there in the off season, in October and not during summer. We really liked this hotel. Our room was a bit on the small side but it was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a good amount of closet space and drawers to put things away. The beds were comfortable even the one that is also a couch. The bathroom and shower were great. The balcony is also very nice. The grounds are really nice. There are many cats around but they are somewhat cared for, they are given food and water and some are even altered. It would be nice if the ones with medical issues could receive vet care. There is a place to make a donation for the cats and we did but for us this is an important issue. The cats on the grounds need to be cared for. Some are friendly. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. Service is very good. We ate in the main dinning hall/buffet and it was very good. There is a lot of variety, it is fresh and creative and quite good. I am a vegan and I was able to find enough to eat at every meal. The beach is nice, clean, comfortable and we were always able to get a chair and all have umbrellas. Sadly, the sea was too cold for us to swim in mid October but others were in it. The pools were also too cold for us. The one heated pool is a bit warmer than the others and there were lots of kids in it but it is a bit small. The weather was quite nice in October, warm and sunny each day but not too hot. It is nice to walk along the beach and there are some small stores and restaurants within walking distance of the resort. We had a car so we were able to drive around the island and see different sights. There is parking on site. It was a nice time to visit, not too crowded. Our room had a safe, a/c, a mini fridge, a tv with a good variety of stations in multiple languages, beach towels and robes. The hotel is recommended.

A truly fantastic and relaxing stay. The resort and staff were amazing and helpful. Also the Aegeo spa on site is superb with excellent staff, great treatments where everything is professional, attentive and of the highest quality.

the people were amazing. whatever support we needed we felt understood and assisted the entire holiday. all kind sould working hard to make our stay as enjoying and pleasurable as possible. even met one person at the airport when leaving and she came to say hello even whilst being on her own holiday. thanks for everything. we truly appreciate you and felt appreciated for being with you too
