Ariadne Beach

Fabulous quiet hotel, location is beautiful right next to a small pebble beach with lovely views from the rooms , restaurant and bar , friendly staff , good food . Lovely sandy beach a five minute walk away and a ten minute walk into the centre of Aghios Nikolais. We stayed half board so did a mix of eating at the hotel and eating out , you can swap dinner for lunch if requested. Couldn't fault anything at all we had a wonderful stay.

Location is great, close to port. Rooms clean and fresh. SPA was amazing, especially George with his strong hands, highly recommend! Kisses and raise for him! 🫶🏻

Just returned from our weeks holiday at this hotel, its advertised as a four star hotel, however its two on a good day, whilst the location is great, and the rooms clean, well maintained and spacious, that’s as good as it gets. There is no entertainment so if that’s what you are going for then don’t, there is no atmosphere or vibe, its very quiet and that’s great if its what you are going for. We ended up eating out four times in a week in an all inclusive resort, so it’s safe to say the food is not very good. Breakfast highlight was the Cheerios, the hot food is baked and not very nice, dinner and evening meal is very repetitive and uses cheap ingredients (pasta, eggs, chips ) however not well presented or appetizing. The ala carte restaurant is terrible, we paid for the better menu however the salmon was cremated and was not edible, the beef was tough and extremely chewy. We paid to stay for seven days all inclusive however we were only allowed to have six and half as on the last day they remove your wrist band at twelve noon so when you are not being collected until 7pm you have 7 hrs of no food and drink unless you pay for it additionally, another disappointment. Finally be aware that all inclusive stops at 10.45pm even though the bars are open until 1am, again you can continue to drink as long as you pay in addition. There are signs of poor maintenance and cracked floor tiles and broken glazed screens around the pool so please use caution. In short not a four star, poor food, no atmosphere, and not recommended.

We're here now at the Ariadne Beach in Agios Nikolaos and can honestly say it's exceeded all expectations. The hotel is lovely, peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. Every member of the team goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. A special mention must go to Maria on reception, who is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Tanasis at the pool bar is fantastic, and the restaurant team – Stavros, George and Manolis – are always smiling, attentive and a real credit to the hotel. The facilities are excellent, with two great pools, plenty of sunbeds and no need to rush out early to reserve one. The whole hotel has a calm, relaxed atmosphere which makes for a genuinely enjoyable holiday. The Spa too is great and we'll worth a visit. The food is another highlight. There's a fantastic selection every day, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes and a wide range of delicious desserts. The quality and variety has been consistently impressive throughout our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a great location, excellent facilities and, most importantly, outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. I would not hesitate to recommend it and, for the first time ever, it is a hotel I would happily return to in the future.

Beautiful views in a peaceful location. The staff were always exceptionally helpful, the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The whole resort is lovely, we found it very relaxed and quiet. The pools, bars and restaurants were all very good, the breakfasts and dinners were tasty with good variety and quality of food. Definitely value for money. There are a lot of steps to most of the rooms, but we knew that before we booked and didn’t mind the exercise!
