Ariadne Beach

Having a wonderful week’s stay at the Ariadne Beach, our second time in the last few years. We just love coming back. I visited the Aegean Spa at the hotel and had a fantastic Cretan massage by Mikaela - I can highly recommend. Eleni in spa reception was also very hospitable and helpful, giving me good tips for local bars in town to visit and places to visit.

I had a wonderful massage and facial in the Spa with George. My partner had a back massage and George was very attentive to his back and shoulder tension. It was a nice deep massage but he was sure to ask if the pressure was ok. Be sure to book in person as there are discounts available for hotel guests and multiple treatments, and it does book up. An absolute joy, I feel light as a feather.

This place is wonderful. Location is great, pebble beach right infront of the hotel has gorgeous views. Definitely make use of their spa, I received the most relaxing massage from Mikaela, the treatment felt very personalised to what my body needed. Resort is really clean, never had to fight over loungers as there is plenty of room to chill around the pools. A few activities on during the week while being a very good hotel to unwind. We went for our honeymoon and it was the perfect balance of chill and social that we were looking for some escapism. You can rent vehicles directly from the reception which is so handy if you're looking to venture out. Highly recommend as all the staff made us feel so welcome and even got treat left in our room for us.

I had the special package deal presented by the hotel on my first day for a back, neck, and foot massage and I had George as my therapist. It was an amazing experience and very relaxing. The atmosphere was very calming and everything was very clean and well looked after. George did a very good job at making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my experience. I asked for the deeper level massage and I feel very relaxed and refreshed. It was very good for the value and would 100% recommend that anyone give it a try.

Good location on the edge of town near nice beach and lovely cove. Start of season but hotel was busy. Rooms have all you need, two very good pools but cool this time of year. A good onsite spa, thank you Emma & Joanna. Staff friendly & helpful, especially reception and restaurant, Food ok, breakfast better than dinner. To Votsalo across the road was very good cafe and we enjoyed Ofou to lo in the town, Plenty of steps on the site, a concern if you have mobility issues. Would definitely go back and enjoyed a very relaxing break
