This is a great hotel close to beach with both kids and adult pools. The adults pools were so relaxing. The rooms were great with a balcony, the swim up rooms looked amazing. The food here was amazing and enjoyable with something for everybody. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Evening entertainment let it down. Good points - location, rooms, food, choice of restaurants , some staff work hard and adults pool and Archery. Bad points - Poor and disappointing evening entertainment was a live singer in Guru bar twice in a week apart from that no adult entertainment, all other entertainment aimed at children. Guru bar outside has no decent comfy seats and no atmosphere. Management - Easy fix have entertainment /live singer aimed at adults every evening from 9pm onwards, upgrade seating, take down wooden panels and improve the beer. Other sensatoris I have been to are much better e.g Turkey x 2, Cyprus, Egypt and Majorca. Please carry out maintenance around pools and change the flashing flickering lights in many areas e.g toilets and bar.

Massively oversold on tui website …..don’t go with a teenager 13-15 ! Limited activities (despite what the tui website says) for teens and adult activities for 16 +. Although if you want to take an overpriced tui excursion adults are 12+ ! (Excursions at least 50% cheaper at the tourist office next door ! Options for pool is a crowded family pool with limited loungers - adult pool often empty but can’t be used even with same (often better) behaviour than adults ! We feel ripped off ……a lot of money for little in return

The staff in this hotel are all a pleasure to deal with. There are always those that go that extra mile and we should mention Georgia who works in the bars and Maleiva who was very kind to us. She is a fine dancer as well as being great to chat with when not busy. We have been before and intend to come again.

Before booking this hotel, there are a few things families should be aware of. If you’re travelling with children, you’ll only be able to use around half of the hotel’s facilities. Many of the beautiful swimming pools featured in the promotional photos are adults only, as are several of the bars and restaurants. While the hotel does state that some areas are adults only, we didn’t appreciate just how many facilities would be unavailable to families. The marketing creates the impression that all guests can enjoy the resort equally, which simply isn’t the case. The biggest disappointment was the service. For a hotel that advertises itself as five-star, the level of service was extremely poor. There is virtually no table service, so you’ll be collecting your own drinks throughout your stay. That’s not what we expected from a luxury resort. The room itself also had maintenance issues. Both the main entrance door and the bathroom door were broken throughout our stay. We reported these problems to customer services on several occasions, but nothing was done to fix them. There were also several power cuts during our stay. During one outage, my 8-year-old daughter was in the shower. The bathroom suddenly went completely dark, which frightened her. She ran out, slipped, and hit her face on the floor. When we reported what had happened to customer services, the response was simply that it “wasn’t their fault.” We received no apology or concern for her welfare, which we found extremely disappointing. The drinks were also disappointing. There was only one beer available, and it tasted as though the beer lines hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The cocktails were all pre-made rather than freshly prepared. We also stopped drinking the cola because several members of our group felt unwell after having it. Drinking water around the pool is provided from refill stations rather than sealed bottles, which didn’t give us much confidence. All of the swimming pools are saltwater. Some guests may prefer this, but we didn’t. You come out of the water feeling sticky, and younger children who enjoy splashing around are likely to find it uncomfortable if they get salt water in their eyes. The food was generally okay, and the hotel itself is attractive. The location is genuinely beautiful and is probably the hotel’s biggest strength. Unfortunately, the beaches were not particularly clean, with litter visible in several places. Even the broken fountain at the front of the hotel contained rubbish, which didn’t create a great first impression and reflected a general lack of attention to detail. Finally, don’t expect much in the way of evening entertainment. There was some live music, but it was very quiet and lacked any atmosphere. Most evenings, guests were simply sitting around playing cards, so I’d genuinely recommend bringing a pack with you. Overall, while the location and appearance of the hotel are definite positives, they don’t make up for the poor service, unresolved maintenance issues, limited facilities for families, disappointing drinks, lack of entertainment, and poor attention to guest experience. We left feeling that the hotel falls well short of the five-star experience it advertises.
