Atlantica Kalliston Resort & Spa

We spent 10 days at the hotel in July. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were really lovely (lagoon rooms) which mean you can dip straight into the pool from the room. Rooms were spacious and spotless - the cleaning team do an exceptional job and are so friendly. The front desk and customer experience team ( Maria Eletheria, Maria, Emna, June, Irini, Eleni - and many more ) are always on hand to answer questions or help recommend restaurants and beaches. The team are really first class. Maria is from Crete and so her knowledge was first class and was always so helpful and friendly. Manolis was always on hand to help at the front door. Chef katerina led the cuisine classes and we thought she was excellent and the Chief chef was helpful too. The breakfast is plentiful and so fresh. The beach is clean and sunbeds are in abundance and the bar team and beach team are very visible and helpful. Also enjoyed the range of activities including the yoga and the pool aerobics (thank you Tanya). Overall a very nice stay and a huge thanks to the whole team at the hotel who made our stay really comfortable and welcoming. Can’t really fault it. We hope to return to the hotel.

Staff were excellent, the rooms were stunning and the resort had a fantastic vibe. Food was great as well. 10/10 experience.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff

My partner and I loved this hotel and part of Greece, Chania town was beautiful but the main thing we loved was the hotel. The staff were outstanding in all areas but particular mention to Tania, salma, Christina, Aggelos, Apostolisa and Vivian for lovely service and bring such lovely people. We had a deluxe sea view room and it was perfect, v clean not so big but everything we needed and the balcony and view were great. Cleanliness was much appreciated and we thought the grounds and pools and especially the sea were perfect. Loved the option of pool and sea and we had such a relaxing time. Tanias aqua fit was great and she was lovely, but all of the staff work really hard and are friendly, it makes so much difference. The food was lovely at breakfast but not always so hot but that was ok, the fresh options were lovely and healthy, never had any problem with hot coffee and service with a smile. We ate out and couldn’t get booked into the Greek restaurant when we tried but will do that next time. We are hoping to come back next year as we loved our stay, the area, people, options around the hotel and stunning bay, it was so relaxed. Would highly recommend the hotel and want to say thank you to all concerned.
