Superb! Great customer service throughout. A very young hotel team of staff who have been exceptionally well trained and are relentlessly focused on the smallest details. Really well done. Great food, great beach, great pools. Chania is a twenty minute bus ride away. It’s a seriously impressive city - historic, thriving and laid back. My partner and I went half board at the hotel, so we could have freedom to ‘design’ our days. We were allowed to swap evening meals for lunch when required, so this brought flexibility. There are lots of places to eat out within a two minutes’ walk. A wonderful holiday - thank you all. We’ll be back. P.S Go see the turtles in the pond at the Jar Cafe in the Park of Friendship and Peace in Charnia. You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous! Brilliant customer service throughout - great pools, great weather, great views, great beach. Chania, a twenty minute bus journey away, is a seriously alive and beautiful city. Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel’s cleanliness and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Great location on the beach with 3 pools to choose from. We loved the lagoon pool. There was confusion over reserving sunbeds with towels and policy seemed to change whilst we were there with staff clearing towels off sunbeds that were not occupied causing disagreements amongst guests. The facilities are great but food and drink very expensive. We chose the b&b option and often drank and ate out with many neighbouring bars and tavernas offering great quality food and drink and a lower price as well as sea views and friendly hospitality. In the evening the hotel lacks atmosphere with many choosing to eat elsewhere and the bars were very quiet. The daytimes activities were fun and popular with Tania leading the programme. She made everyone feel welcome and was friendly and accommodating. The hotel catered for many nationalities and was great for mixing and making friends. Totally recommend the hotel but only on a b&b basis.

We arrived late in the evening and received a lovey welcome. As we missed our evening meal we were able to swap it for lunch on departure day. There are lots of shops & restaurants if you walk to the left or right of the hotel. To the left there is a sports bar called Loco Cafe which we enjoyed. The shop opposite the hotel sells cheaper bus tickets to Chania. We visited this city a few times as we loved the vibe. Our special place was the jar cafe which has its own lake with turtles. We also visited in the evening which was far busier and a ‘free for all’ to get the bus back. The day time is more relaxed. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. We can’t fault our stay. The food is very nice, always plenty of choice. If you book the themed restaurants check the menu first, if you have an any food allergy you may be restricted. We always got a sun-bed; they are often available to about 10.30am, there are 3 outdoor pools as well as a garden and beach area with sun-beds.

Fantastic Holiday….. made even better by attending each morning to an amazing Yoga class by the magnificent view on the beach with the beautiful Yoga teacher Tania who made the perfect start to my day 🙏🏻
