Bella Beach

Every year I organise a 'Mumcation' - a 4 night trip somewhere for a girlie trip between 5-10 Mums, all looking for somewhere, warm, clean, relaxing and welcoming. This year couldn't have been better - in fact we all said it was our best stay yet! (and this was our 6th trip!). The staff are amazing - they couldn't do enough for us and so so friendly, they really make this hotel. Being beach front was fabulous, as when the temperature reached 30+ there was a lovely breeze by the sea whilst staying sheltered from the wind on cooler days in the courtyard effect o the building protecting you poolside - both places had the best sun loungers we'd ever had - super comfortable and with a pillow, and both were only a ew steps from the pool bar or beach bar - bliss! The rooms were a really good size and we had a lovely sea view and fabulous shower. The beds were really comfortable and really large. Whilst we didn't go very far as only there a few days, the location to have a little walk left or right offers some shops, bars and restaurants, which was lovely to wander along - and its only a 10 minute taxi ride to Hersonissos if you wanted to go a bit further. One of the best parts of the hotel was the food - two members of our party had Coeliac Disease, one (myself) also being slightly extra special (/awkward) and milk intolerant. The head chef and rest o the staff were so accommodating and we honestly have had the widest variety of GF and DF foods at an all inclusive hotel ever! They ordered feta from sheeps and goats milk from the 'man in the village' especially or me, as couldn't guarantee their usual feta didn't have cow's milk in it, ordered in special vegan and GF puddings (the berry cheesecake was amaaaaazing!), ensure prawns were coated in corn flour so we could enjoy they, sauces/gravy to go with roast joints were safe to eat and at breakfast we were provided with GF bread and waffles - we've come home stuffed! Whilst away, we were celebrating a milestone birthday for one of our party, and whilst the a la carte restaurants were full, they reserved us a table in the main restaurant, decorated it with flowers and fairy lights and even made a jelly with candles as a safe cake for everyone in the party - we'd also asked if we could buy a bottle o bubbly for the room to surprise our friend, which they organised and very generously gave to us, complete with 6 glasses. Quite honestly, this hotel has blown us all away and we all said we'd love to return. Mumcation 2027 is already booked for Cyprus and I just hope it can live up to the very high bar the Bella Beach has now set! What was meant to be just a hotel stay became something far more special. From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded expectations — the warmth of the welcome, the elegance of the surroundings, and the genuine care shown by the staff. The hotel is simply impeccably maintained. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and comforting. The service was outstanding, with a team that went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. The location was excellent, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout the entire property, the noise level remained minimal, allowing for complete relaxation. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the jacuzzi! We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able to come again! Location is very well placed, it is near the beautiful clean beach. Atmosphere is beautiful, calm and very quiet. Rooms are spacious, especially with private pool, are very well maintained and cleaned everyday. Value for money is great, with All Inclusive, the food is amazing, you have breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks between these. Also drinks included, a lot of fruits and tasty deserts. Amazing service, I definitely recommend this place and I want to come back here later.

We came on a girlie holiday to celebrate our friends 60th birthday in early May, right at the start of the season! The hotels location from the airport was ideal - 25 mins transfer. The atmosphere was great, friendly, kind & proficient staff, nothing was an issue for them [organising bubbly & a jelly cake to celebrate with]. The room was big enough, with a sea view [which was less than a 10 min walk]; only criticism was the shower flooding the bathroom when it was on as it was a wet room style shower tray. Cleaning staff were friendly with clean towels daily. The restaurant accommodating with the dairy free & celiac members of the group being catered for without any resistance. Good, fresh healthy food. Hope to come back soon!

Lovely hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the restaurant couldn’t have been more accommodating for the celiac members of our party one of which is also dairy free. Hoping to come back with my husband
