Bella Beach

We had a good stay, the hotel staff were verry efficient, changed our bed sheets and consumables every day. We were given beach towels every two days, so that was nice. We were given free vault( small one for valuables ) free with the room. A spacious closet with hangers and two sets of bathrobes. We had a walk-in shower and I loved that (my friends had a bathtub, so it depends on the room). We had a nice balcony, with a dry-rack. We got a room with view to the sea. We liked the food and the nice selections every day. The pool is nice and they have an interior one too. They have three bars one inside, one by the pool and one next to the beach so you can get them fast and fresh. Thank you for a good time!

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Couldn't do enough for you, always smiling, always helpful! the place is always spotlessly clean! Lovely quiet peaceful getaway

The Bella beach hotel staff, food and location have all been 100 percent. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to return with the family next year . Location could not be better with plenty to do right on the doorstep. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay very enjoyable

I would recommend this hotel because of the following: Close to hersonissos 12 euros taxi Close to stalis 25 euros taxi They upgraded our room to two bedroom suite The food was very good for gluten free as I have coeliac disease - the chef always cooked for me and everything is signed with the gluten sign. Plenty of options and if you ask they will always make. You must book the Greek à la carte. Ramiro on the entertainment is fantastic so polite and always encouraging everyone to join in. Credit to the team. Housekeeping came everyday with water, fresh towels, beach towels and made beds. The staff cannot do enough for you! Anything they can help with, they will do it. Sun beds really comfy ! A mixture of young couples, older couples and families. Everything is very conveniently located and there is disabled access everywhere. Apart from a lift into the pool. A few improvements would be- They could give you drinks in the fridge The beach bar and toilets need upgrading A few branded drinks would encourage a better 5* Everyone seems to have plastic flimsy cups and not proper sturdy ones The platform on the beach needs refurbing All inclusive needs to be later and so does the food The toilets by the pool are not finished being refurbed The gardens around the area need better attention Overall, a few minor improvements that could easily be fixed. Still a brilliant time!!
