Friendly staff, quick responses for any issues we had. They were great! Some complaints but nothing big, just not our preference: 1) Only the outdoor bar is open during the day, 2) You have to place your order for the À La Carte restaurant a day in advance, 3) Lunchtime hours in the main restaurant are very short only 1.5 hours. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but if those things don’t bother you, then it is overall a great stay!

Great staff good selection of food. Only 10 Euro to get into a big town and nice restaurants and bars only 5 min walk. Food in hotel was good. Rooms were immaculate

I am writing this review even though I expect the hotel will respond argumentatively, as they seem to believe they can do no wrong and never take accountability when replying to negative feedback. To start with, this is definitely not a 4-star resort. I would rate the hotel itself at a maximum of 3 stars, and the food at 2 stars. The rooms in the main hotel are very basic and slightly run down. We had stains on the floors and walls, and some cracked tiles. We even had to get a chair replaced because it only had three and a half legs — although I did laugh at that for a while! The fridge was basically a freezer. Maintenance came out twice but insisted it was working properly, despite the fact it froze bottled water within an hour. The mattresses also need replacing. One was soft and dipped badly in the middle, while the other felt like sleeping on concrete. From speaking to other guests, this seemed to be a common issue. We considered upgrading to a pool room or jacuzzi room, but after talking to other guests, we were advised it was not worth it. Apparently the jacuzzis were cold, and the pool rooms were not very clean and the pools themselves were also cold. A couple of girls staying in the annex building also told us they had bed bugs, so I definitely would not recommend booking the annex rooms. The rooms are not soundproof either, so you can hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and people walking up and down the corridors. As for the facilities, they were very lacklustre. Until 5pm, the only bar available was the pool bar. While there was some seating there, the smell of raw sewage was overpowering the closer you got to the bar area. There was actually a lovely outdoor lounge near reception with another bar, but frustratingly it did not open until 5pm. That meant you could not relax there during the day with a drink without constantly walking back and forth to the pool bar. The entertainment was practically non-existent due to weather or staff sickness, and no alternative arrangements were made indoors or elsewhere. The snack selection was also very poor — mainly warm, soggy sandwiches that were not refrigerated properly, or cold pizza that was not kept heated. You also had to queue at the pool bar to get snacks instead of helping yourself, which became irritating very quickly. The main restaurant food was repetitive, with the same dishes appearing at lunch and dinner most days. We found it bland yet somehow extremely salty at the same time. We actually ended up eating out a few times towards the end because I could not face eating the same food repeatedly, and the thought of it started making me feel sick. I was also surprised that there was not even gyros as an option available during our stay, considering it is such a classic Greek meal. Whenever we raised problems, the reception staff came across as confrontational and uninterested in helping, almost as though guests were an inconvenience or just lying. The bar staff, however, were amazing throughout — genuinely friendly and helpful, and I cannot fault them at all. I would also like to add that a previous review mentioning guests not getting rooms immediately is true. One morning there were a lot of people sleeping in reception because they were told they could not have a room until 3pm, Despite arriving at 3am. The hotel claimed to be full, despite it looking only around 60% occupied. There were at minimum three empty rooms on my floor alone while those guests were sleeping on reception sofas. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this hotel, and I will certainly not be returning.

When we arrived early hours in the morning they didn’t let us in a room until 10 hours later,had us waiting around in the lobby,sleeping on the sofas no room to even let us shower or at least brush our teeth. Every time we asked when is our room ready the same answer every time was ‘we don’t know’ in the end they made up wait from 4am till 3pm basically wasted the whole first day due to this.not to mention the whole travel day was 12 hours long and then had to deal with this to top it off,absolutely not good enough

The location was great close to the main roads also close to one small but very beautiful beach. The atmosphere was great The room was clean and the bead very comfortable . Value for money was ok. Very calm place. The staff was friendly and the lady's on the front desk very polite and helpful. The pools clean but very cold The all inclusive is ok, the drinks are all local if you want anything that is not maid whit Ozu or Raki you have to pay for it , the all-inclusive finish at 11pm , after that you have to pay , they will give you just one bottle of water then you need to buy or refill. The main restaurant is clean the food is good but be prepared to have the same food over and over again , the desserts are very poor I would say a shame , the lack of local sweets and desserts is shameful 😔 I would say this resort is good but could be great if they have some changes on the menu. 8 out of 10 final classification I would recommend this hotel with some warnings .
