If you visit the spa, and would like a facial. I would recommend Anna-Maria who did my facial. She was excellent and it was very relaxing. My skin has never felt so good. 10/10 for the facial.

Wouldn't come back. Cats everywhere including restaurant. Poor entertainment and poor location. Would definitely go somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the food was superb and freshly made and refreshed in a timely manner, our entire family were extremely happy with the food choices each day and the all inclusive aspect meant we never missed out on any snacks or ice creams around the pools. The hotel is close to the little beach at the bottom of the hill and this is well worth a visit and we often enjoyed a few hours down there soaking up the sun or getting a different view over sunset.

The location was beautiful stunning views and sunset and sunrise was stunning across the water. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean with mini fridge, safe and hairdryer. Food was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold food. The service was exceptional, reception staff always happy to help. There was plenty to do within the hotel and around the area. We walked everyday around to the town of Agia Pelagia, Psaromoura beach and took the Ktel bus which stops outside the hotel to Heraklion. The hotel overall was great value for money no noise and very clean.

My second visit to this beautiful resort and will be returning again August 2026 . Will probably return every year our family love it so much 🥰Everything you could want from a holiday. Staff are the best . Views are wonderful. Everywhere is so well kept and clean . Entertainment is brilliant in the evening, maybe could do with a bit more in the day . Food was wonderful, a little more choice for the children maybe ? A free bus takes guests to the bay below which is fab . You can book excursions at the hotel also so really helpful.
