My first time taking the children away without my husband who had to stay home due to work and the hotel exceeded all my hopes and expectations for a safe, relaxing and wonderful holiday. It has a lovely mix of many nationalities too and a lovely atmosphere. I had taken a few days to carefully choose and the location of the hotel, directly opposite a clean, safe beach with lifeguard in attendance was perfect for our stay.The first couple of days it was windy with big waves - perfect for some bodyboard fun and since has turned calm and shallow. The hotel is very well maintained, exceptionally clean (you see people cleaning and tidying constantly) our room was spotless. The grounds have an authentic Cretan feel with the style of buildings & lush planting - lemon, orange and palm trees with bright tropical flowers….every Blue Sea staff member we encounter has a smile for us - warm & friendly and it feels like everyone genuinely wants us to have a fantastic holiday. My massage with Tekka yesterday was exceptionally good - I felt truly restored and the stress melt away….highly recommend! Magic hands! We have been incredibly fortunate to win the hotel lottery and got an upgrade for our last 2 nights from a lovey sea view room to a suite with private pool behind the main pool looking out to sea - a pinch me moment and we are enjoying every second in holiday paradise!! The food is fantastic - fresh, bountiful with so much variety and choice of both local delicacies and familiar favourites at both breakfast and dinner - something for the whole family to enjoy no matter how fussy and different choices & specialities every day so you could never get bored - the pastry chef is brilliant! We hope to come back again soon - husband in tow! Absolutely worth 5* congratulations to the attentive and lovely Yoannis and his entire team. What a wonderful hotel you have created! 🇬🇷 🩵

My family and I had an absolute wonderful time at this hotel. The food was perfect and so much variety of local options. PERFECT location right on the beach.. The people working at the hotel which we met were wonderful including Tekka who gave me the best massage, Daniella whom always welcomed us when we came for food and then we booked the Al La Carte for the last night which exceeded our expectations and the waitresses Irina and Electra were warm, knowledgeable and above all personable..would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sea Beach Affiliated by Meliá. The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the beautiful beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and everything you need for a perfect holiday. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable—we will definitely come back!
