Amazing experience. Fabulous destination for a short break. A trip to the Aegeo spa is a must. Riri is a marvellous therapist, the most relaxing massage I ever had. The hot oils were so therapeutic.

We had a wonderful few days in the sun at this pretty resort. We were celebrating two 50th birthdays and I emailed the hotel a week before to let them know, expecting perhaps a bottle of something in the birthday girls' room but the management went way above our expectations, upgrading us and giving us meals at the a la carte restaurants. In fact the manager and F&B manager went above and beyond to make sure we felt special and looked after. Hats off to them, cannot fault the customer service. In fact all the staff were excellent but I must give a special mention to Eleni and Stella in the Ammos Bar and restaurant. They were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the decor throughout was very tasteful and well thought out. The design and layout of the property makes it feel very tranquil. The sunbeds round the pool were incredibly comfortable but you do have to get up early to get one - even in October! The food and drink was excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet. The wine was very drinkable and overall the drinks on the AI were at the upper end of the spectrum for an AI resort in terms of choice and quality. The Spritz Venetiano was particularly good. The food in the a la cartes was of a high standard. Elaia just pipped it over Ammos in my view as there was a wider choice included in AI. Entertainment was quite low key and unfortunately in October there was not much going on in the bars locally either. Stalis and its main strip is a short walk away. Highly recommend a catamaran trip from Hersonissos - We used Dan Eri Yachts. This is a hotel I would definitely come back to. Great location, great service and great food/drink - what more could you want!

Fantastic Stay – Great Location, Food and Service! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for great value for money! The location is perfect, just around 20 minutes from the airport, right on the beach, and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are on the small side but clean, comfortable and functional, with everything you need. Our room location meant the noise level was absolutely fine, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, friendly and welcoming, even with children enjoying themselves. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. We were celebrating my mum’s birthday during our stay, and the team made such a lovely fuss of her, making us feel extra special and very welcome. It was a really thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. The food and drinks were fantastic, with an excellent variety, great quality and delicious flavours. There was plenty of choice, and we were really impressed. The nightly entertainment was also enjoyable, with the daytime and evening entertainment teams being professional, engaging and great at creating a fun atmosphere. The pool was absolutely freezing, although that certainly didn’t stop people from swimming! The gym is small but fully equipped and functional. The spa treatments were a little expensive, but the quality of the services was good. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. Great location, fantastic food and drinks, friendly staff, enjoyable entertainment and excellent value for money. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the personal touches really make a difference. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Had a Cretan massage twice, absolutely fabulous!! Tekka and Riri are brilliant!! Would absolutely recommend!!!
