Creta Maris Resort

***** Me and my partner came to this hotel in June 26, we had an incredible stay! From start to finish this hotel exceeded our expectations. The a la carte restaurants were beautifully scenic and the food in every restaurant was exceptional! There was so much choice that you really have everything you need from an all inclusive holiday. Me and my partner had booked to stay in the adults only part of the hotel and we are really glad we did, we loved how private and relaxing it felt. The facilities across the hotel were brilliant, there was plenty to do and we barely left the hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the grounds were well kept to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, they moved us rooms as we asked for a double room which wasn't correct to our booking, and they immediately moved us straight away. They were always to help with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The drinks were also excellent - well made, great quality, not like other all inclusive hotels where the drinks are watered down, these were made in front of you. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high quality, all-inclusive stay in Crete.

very bad gym staff unwilling to help

Wonderful views and lovely staff. We would certainly like to return. Cleanliness was outstanding. Made us feel welcome. Loved their spa. Thank you Irene and Pantelis for the massages. Great restaurant and took options. Stayed in the adult area which was perfect.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It was a perfect kid vacation. The food was great. The staff members were so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to plan my next trip.

Visited the resort with my family. A beautiful property right on the beach, with lots of pool options and a fun mid size waterpark, very fun for kids. Food was very good with a variety of options in the main restaurant buffet. A special mention of their spa, had a body massage during the stay and the entire experience was very relaxing, shout out to the masseuse, Pantelis who was very good and well recommended. Overall a very satisfying and relaxing holiday destination.
