Amazing hotel with a beautiful atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious, especially the desserts! The sea is just a few steps away and the beach is very clean and well maintained. The animation team was fantastic – always smiling and organizing fun activities like boccia, darts, and yoga, which we really enjoyed. I personally attended yoga classes with Steli – very professional and high-level. In the evenings, there were different shows every night and we had so much fun. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again! The only things we didn’t really like were the noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning and the water served in the restaurant.

My wife and I spent one wonderful week at this hotel in Crete, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt welcomed from the very first day. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety every day, and we especially enjoyed the traditional Greek dishes. The animation team also did a fantastic job. They were energetic, entertaining, and very respectful. We participated in the darts and boccia games almost every day and had so much fun meeting other guests. The evening programs were excellent as well. We especially loved the comedy shows and the dance performances — they made our nights very enjoyable and memorable. Our room had an amazing view, and waking up every morning to such beautiful scenery was truly special. We also loved watching the sunsets and taking peaceful morning walks along the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and exactly what we needed. Another great thing was that the price was very reasonable for everything the hotel offered. The quality of the service, food, entertainment, and accommodation was excellent for the cost. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family because it was truly a fantastic experience. We hope to come back again in the future.

Rooms Lovely room with nice garden view. Comfortable bed, clean and maid cleaning daily. On the downside, hotel has a policy that they do not provide an iron. Ironing needs to be sent to the laundry service and paid for. Location Located 12 km from the town. No complementary shuttle bus. Public bus was very overcrowded at peak times and comes when it comes. Not pleasant 40 minute stand up ride into town, face to face with other passengers. However, when you do get there, the town is pleasant with local restaurants and shopping. Staff Lovely polite and helpful staff throughout the whole hotel. Food Food served the the buffet was pleasant. Lots of salads and deserts. Ice cream and crepes serviced throughout the day. Drinks plentiful. Local brands but no complaints there. There an al la carte restaurant, but the set menu doesn’t change and the hotel only permits one booking per stay. Entertainment This is where the hotel fails and why I cannot provide a higher rating. When we arrived, the weather was bad, so all guests were cramped into a bar, that lacked any atmosphere and there wasn’t nearly enough seats. There is a very friendly animation team, but who are very amateur and do their best. Entertainment started at 21.30 and was finished by 22.40. Dancing only on one night, everything takes place in ‘the night club’, which is an area that looks like a school theatre without a bar. The only night that any professional entertainment was offered was the one night that Greek dances were present. The hotel doesn’t really offer anything to do in the evenings. Lots of people were sat in reception playing cards! Given the location of the hotel, this let the hotel down and sadly is why I would not stay again. Evenings were honestly boring! If the hotel employed a musician to add some atmosphere in the bar at night, this would go some way to resolve the problem. Overall, lovely room, fabulous staff but boring! Despite what the hotel says, it’s not close enough to a town to benefit from restaurants in that location.

It’s a 40 minute ride into town by public bus that had standing room only. There is nothing to do in the evening. The entertainment is very poor and amateur and in the night club which has no bar and the seats are set out like a school assembly with no tables. Staff are friendly and pleasant and the food was ok. Pool is nice and the room was nice. Everything about excursions is only written in German. My main complaint is there really is nothing to do in the evenings and if there is bad weather the bar does not even have enough seats to sit everyone down so many people just sat in the brightly lit hotel lobby. Why they do not have music or a singer each evening I have no idea. One evening was good because they did bring in Greek traditional dancers I would not come again because of the lack of anything to do in the evenings
