Couldn’t fault the room as it was impressive and good excellent. All in all a great enjoyable stay. The last day of our stay the staff were reluctant to provide buggy service even though it was hilly and a large resort to get about. Was very disappointed with the end of stay service.

Second time at this hotel and the experience was even better this time around. The staff was amazing, the food was super high quality but most importantly the environment was extremely peaceful and quiet.

What can I say? We’ve just returned from a two-week holiday at Domes and, without a doubt, it has completely blown our expectations. From the location and beautiful rooms to the resort itself, every detail has been so carefully thought through. The customer service has been amazing. It’s clear that every member of staff genuinely cares about creating special holiday memories for guests, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Stella, the Guest Relations Manager, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She has been so helpful, warm and attentive and has gone above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing holiday. Her genuine care and personal touch really made a difference to our experience. Although the resort has 175 rooms, it’s beautifully spread out, so it never feels crowded or like a large resort. It really does feel peaceful and exclusive. It’s five-star — and then some. There are five restaurants, including a buffet, Italian, an upscale restaurant with Michelin-star-inspired cuisine, and a really cool street-food-style area with music, which we absolutely loved spending time at. The food throughout the resort was also absolutely delicious. Everything we ate was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Makris Restaurant was a particular highlight for us — the food was exceptional, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal there. The family pool is huge, with plenty of shaded areas and lots of sunbeds. We never once struggled to find one, which makes such a difference. The beach is also beautiful, with the most incredible views of Spinalonga Island. The beach bar, dazzling sea and overall setting are simply stunning. For families, there is also an outdoor gym, kids’ club, as well as a fantastic entertainment room for older children with video games, table tennis and a pool table. This was really good fun for the kids and a great way to break up the day, especially when the weather was particularly warm. The evening entertainment is not cheesy or over the top. It’s relaxed and tasteful, which we really enjoyed. But above everything else, it’s the people that have made this holiday so special. The genuine care and warmth from the staff is what we have loved most. We don’t often return to the same place because we love discovering new destinations, but Domes has completely changed that. We will definitely be back. 💙

WOW!!! I honestly am struggling for words about our stay at this amazing resort. I will put some context into my comment. My husband, my son and I stayed for 11 nights in a suite with private pool. My 16 year old son has a Severe peanut allergy, for the last 13 years, every holiday we have been on , he has never been able to have deserts as they couldnt guarantee that their wouldnt be peanuts in the deserts. Domes Of Elounda changed that.. From our first night the restaurant manager Vassilis , took Ollie around to show him what main course he could eat, and then every day asked what pudding he would like, and went to the kitchen to order a guaranteed peanut free desert. This literally made Ollies holiday, and ours!!.. The staff in all areas are polite and helpful. All speak exceptional english. .. I also would like to comment on the F & B manager Georgia , she also was amazing, friendly, and really helped us. The views from the Dome bar , and the adults only pool are to die for. PLUS:: In the adults only pool there was NEVER a fight for sunbeds, they were just there! Amazing. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday !
