Couldn’t do enough for us. I am in wheelchair and Jet2 asked for wrong room to be accessible. Hotel sorted as soon as they knew. Manager was fab! Although on a hill reception, restaurant, bar and pool all close to room. Superb!

Just returned from a perfect stay at Elios Hill. From the get go our experience was 5*, we arrived to check in and was greeted by the manager who informed us that we had been upgraded to a family sea view room, right at the bottom of the hill, perfect as we have a 4 year old daughter. We were escorted to our room via golf buggy. The room was amazing, nice and spacious, absolutely immaculate, the view was amazing. The only downside was that on the first night there was a saxophone night on in the Cloud Bar which was extremely loud until quite late, and after being up travelling from 2am we didn’t get the best nights sleep, that being said, it was the only night we were disturbed by noise. The pools were fantastic, we never struggled to find a sun lounger at either pool and was always right beside the pool so our daughter could play and never be out of sight, she absolutely loved the water slides and has grown so much confidence on our trip. One small issue is that the slides aren’t manned so on our last day when our daughter was going down the slide there was other children climbing up the slide and she went head first into them resulting in a bump to the head, my partner informed the lifeguard who was at the side of the pool to make sure that no more accidents were caused! The food was good! Always plenty choice and always fresh and hot. We tried the Asian restaurant which was ok but wasn’t the best, the menu in the restaurant is different to the one on the app, we had already looked at the menu and decided what we were going to have and then when we got there, none of those options were on the menu! We then tried the Mexican restaurant which was 10/10 the service was brilliant, the food was lovely and the steak was cooked to perfection. Italian night in the main restaurant was a hit too with us and our pasta and pizza loving daughter. Our daughter LOVED the mini disco and the entertainments team, she was up the front with them every night and they always came and found her in the Cloud Bar afterwards and had a dance, they were all very welcoming. I didn’t get the names of all them but Lorelei was brilliant! Also the Cloud Bar staff were top tier, always brilliant service, and wonderful cocktails, especially the Khaleesi! (Very easy to drink!!!). A special thank you to Ioannis who just lights up the room walking into it, you gave us lots of smiles, keep being you! We did head down into Hersonissos a few times by taxi, which we found quite expensive for the distance, it cost us €20 for a round trip. We did try and walk back one evening but 10/10 DO NOT recommend, especially with kids/strollers. Overall we had the most perfect stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed for 10 nights family of 3 with 12 yr old. Elios Hill is a beautiful hotel stunning sea views all around and lush gardens. we had a lovely stay however as always there are good and bad points, we had a premium/sea view double room, bathroom/shower fantastic, sadly seems that children are a little forgotton with a very uncomfortable hard sofa bed, only 2 cups and 2 glasses, but there was 3 of us? There was also not much room to store your cases. The staff were all amazing, special thanks to Rita and Kornelea in the entertainment team, they were so friendly and welcoming. Aqua fit was lots of fun. Manos at the pool bar and all the cloud bar staff! The cloud bar was lovely, stunning views, great cocktails, entertainment and family friendly. Unfortunately water park wasn't good for a 12yr old as slides were slow and got stuck in them! The infinity pool was spectacular and a great new addition. We didnt rate the food much, the buffet food was always cold and it was the same food every day and limited choices for children. The Mexican restaurant was sadly very disappointing with slow service and it wasn't even that busy and food was again cold and limited options, Greek restaurant slightly better but sadly didn't enjoy the food. The Japanese sushi was definitely the best excellent service and lovely food. Was a little disappointed there were not more snacks available at the pool bars. You had to go to the waterpark for burgers/hot dogs, only doughnuts, ice creams and crepes at the main pool bar. Other good facilities like ping pong and pool table, few arcade games and the open theatre was surprisingly warm and not uncomfortable, watched a couple of good shows. Small shop on site. Ive attached a map of the hotel so u can locate your room beforehand, worth WhatsApp messaging reception before to get on app, book restaurants and check in. It wasnt that bad to walk around but expect could be difficult for some and no lifts to the rooms even on the higher floors. We hired a car from hersonissos town definitely cheaper than from the hotel. You can walk to hersonissos and the nearest beach in around 20 mins Sarantari and Star beach good for local beaches for snorkeling We also recommend rethymnon and agi pegalia and watercity waterpark
