Elios Hill

Had a nice holiday at Elios Hill however there are quite a few things that were missing for a 5* hotel for me. 1) no robes in room 2) no beauty pack in bathroom (shower cap/ earbuds etc) 3) clouds bar past 9pm was awfully loud and there was no where to just sit and chill to talk apart from in reception. There were so many families with little ones in a pram sleeping sat in reception while they tried to play cards or talk amongst themselves. 4) The Asia restaurant wasn't great. I ordered a chicken curry and basically got dry chicken and veg. 5) No cushioned sunbeds in the adults section 6) Towels should be available by the pools - shouldn't have to go to reception each morning. 7) For the used towels there should be a bin / trolley on exits - not bin bags. 8) Snacks should be available after 9:30pm 9) the only proper coffee machine was in clouds bar after 5pm the machine coffees were awful 10) if it was raining in the day I'm not sure what we would have done apart from sit in reception while- as clouds bar is closed until 5pm - so we'd have to sit in reception or in our room. Staff and cleanliness of rooms were excellent. The Greek restaurant was nice. Would I stay here again - honestly... probably not Sorry !

Fantastic holiday!! We would highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are lovely and well-kept. Rooms are maintained very well. Lots of fab activities planned by the entertainment team. Super cocktails (which was a nice surprise as not been included any of the all-inclusive hotels we’ve been to before). Special mention to the Cloud bar staff - Themis, Ioannis, Vlad and Stamatis!! That said, we feel the staff all throughout the hotel are fantastic, hard-working and demonstrate how much they care about the guests having a wonderful time! Any requests we had were seen to very quickly by reception staff too. Thank you to everyone at Elios Hill - we hope to return again!!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, which really made our stay extra special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. There was plenty of choice in the all-inclusive restaurant, so there was always something to suit everyone. There are also three à la carte restaurants that you can book, which is a nice added bonus. The hotel has five swimming pools, although none of them are heated, so be prepared for them to be very cold! That said, once you're in, you soon get used to the temperature. A special mention goes to the fantastic team at the Cloud Bar. The bar staff were so friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome. Themis and Vlad made excellent cocktails, and Ioannis was always on hand to collect your empty glasses with a warm smile and chat. Themis also helped us with some Greek language and pronunciation. Little touches like this really make a difference and show how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The friendly staff, good food selection, and relaxing atmosphere all contributed to a wonderful holiday. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider returning in the future! 😊

Had a fantastic time at Elios Hill. Went with a 4 year old and 1 year old. Play area really good and kept them occupied. Evening entertainment was excellent for kids. General service was very good! We arrived late and was still served us food. Last day was allowed to check out late as had a late flight. House keeping every day. Little details like dropping a steriliser to the room without asking was appreciated. General decor and aesthetics are very nice. Food selection was good. Snack and bars dotted about the resort. Only let down was the pools are not heated so we didnt go in. They were freezing, i think maybe because its the end of season. Michalas C at reception was outstanding, he understands hospitality he made our stay so much more enjoyable from stepping inside, helping us out with anything and just being nice. His female colleagues Sophia was just as nice and super helpful. Our 4 year old is an introvert and everyday Michalas made such an effort to put our son (Kiki at ease) and it really did help our little one. Hes such a warm and kind soul. Hes such an asset to that hotel! Lucky to have him. If the pool are heated in season, ill definitely return

The hotel is very friendly the waiter in the sky bar loannis is amazing atmophere is fantastic very friendly would definetly recomend and i would definely come again xx
