Elios Hill

Lovely rooms, great entertainment. Very busy in the day, not enough sun loungers. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay

11 of us stayed for my sisters wedding, overall it was a great experience. The well being team especially Anastasia are a superb asset to Elios Hill. The male manager was not helpful when one of the children ran into a glass door as it didnt have stickers on it! This cost €100 with no compensation from the Hotel even though it was their fault. The rooms are pleasant and the cleaners do a lovely job, the grounds are beautiful-yes it’s up a very big hill as the name suggests but the little golf car is great. The Spa is wonderful, expensive but wonderful, especially Sophie who is so kind and caring and went out of her way to speak to me when she saw me-i was sad I was leaving because of her. I went 4 times I think and each staff member was wonderful. The food is ok-I am sure it could be better-it appeared that lunch was warmed up for dinner and sometimes it seemed boring and repetitive. The crepes , snack pool bar and adults only bar had great items of food-none of us were unwell at any point of our 2 weeks. The entertainment staff are great! The drinks are acceptable-none of the cocktails resembled what I know to be those cocktails. The waiter in the bar at night with the curly hair is beyond fabulous! The young dark haired girl in the daytime bar that waved us off is also just delightful. When we went to reception we didnt have any issues with any member of staff, they were all efficient.

We had an amazing stay with our family. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service and five-star standards were exceptional. A special thank you to Hotel Manager Giorgos Bolakis, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made the difference. The entire staff was outstanding, the hotel is perfect for families, and there is also a fantastic adults-only area with its own pool and restaurant for couples. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return with our family. Thank you for everything!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elios Hill. We travelled as a family of four with two children, aged 12 and 7. From the very moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional service, warmth, and genuine kindness. Every single member of the Elios Hill team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and to ensure that our stay was absolutely perfect. We have travelled extensively and stayed at many different hotels, both regular hotels and all-inclusive resorts, but Elios Hill is without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning location. We stayed in a two-bedroom Suite with garden view – separate parent unit and children’s unit and our room was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. The facilities and the atmosphere throughout the hotel were perfect for a family with children. Our kids especially loved the football pitch, the water park, and all the activities that were available. The food was simply outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious options to suit everyone. I highly recommend Elios Hill Resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, quality and peaceful family holiday in Crete. Thank you so much for making our summer holiday so memorable and special. We are already looking forward to visiting your wonderful hotel again!

We had an absolutely amazing first few days at Elios Hill. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and until one incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, everything changed after an incident involving a member of the staff that left me feeling unsafe. I contacted the hotel twice, on separate occasions, to raise my concerns, but they chose not to respond or acknowledge my complaint in any way. For me, this is the most important part of my review. I believe future guests deserve to know what kind of support they can expect if something goes wrong. A hotel is not only judged by how it treats guests when everything is perfect, but also by how it responds when a guest feels unsafe and asks for help. In my experience, I received neither support, reassurance, nor any meaningful feedback. As long as everything goes smoothly, Elios Hill is a wonderful hotel. However, my experience has left me questioning whether I could recommend it with confidence, because I now know how my concerns were handled when I genuinely needed the hotel’s support
