Well all I can say it’s that I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. We booked through Jet2 and read some varied reviews. However, the attention to cleanliness was exceptional with all communal areas cleaned every morning with particular attention given to the pool area.. The room- a bungalow with sea views - was also exceptionally good with the only missing item-a kettle- quickly supplied. The food was also superb. We had thought that we may need to eat out as we had booked 7 nights. However, the breakfasts were marvellous with a great choice of cooked breakfast, cereal and continental. Dinner was different every night so there was no need at all to think we would get bored. It was great to have such a huge choice all cooked so so well. And finally the staff were exceptional. Attentive, engaging and thoroughly professional. I can not recommend this hotel more highly.

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn’t find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some fab music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you’ll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!

Lovely hotel about 20 minutes easy walk into town. Lovely town with many fabulous waterside restaurants, definitely recommend Eloundi, absolutely first class! Great pool, limited sunbeds that are claimed with towels from breakfast time. So unfair! Why do people do this! Good selection of breakfast items. Really friendly welcoming, helpful staff. Great recommendations for beach trips, voulisima and Almyros both beautiful. Lovely day visiting Plaka and Spinalonga. We had a superior sea view bungalow. Very comfortable but the basin set up is not great. One basin in a small area and hairdryer also here. Not very user friendly! Safe box in room which is useful. Little fridge, kettle and coffee machine all great. Lovely poolside bar. Overall a lovely hotel.

We had a lovely 6 days at this hotel in late September - weather fantastic so a great time to visit Crete. This hotel has excellent facilities and friendly staff - food at breakfast and the one night we ate there was very good and well priced. Only comment would be that the bathroom facilities in our "superior bungalow" were too small - the single sink made things very awkward and it felt very cramped. Other than that we could not fault the hotel. The staff were extremely efficient and very friendly.

Wow this is one of best hotels I ever stayed in. When me and my girlfriend arrived late night we was very touched that they made us some sandwiches and provided us with some fruit which was appreciated after a stressful transfer from that horrible Heraklion airport. The room was clean, spacious, and fabulous with the little pool a great touch. The main pool was great and just right The food was amazing, breakfast was really good and like the evening meal they was plenty of choice. Dinner was good, one or two dishes wasn't to my taste but they was so much choice and I totally enjoyed it. The pool bar restaurant was awesome especially the Seafood meze and the beef cheeks pasta. Now here is the best bit, the staff was amazing and attentive, basically brilliant at their jobs, Nikos, Maria, Aggileki, Eric Christina and the staff was amazing although one of the receptionist needs a little work but overall the staff plus the cleaners was fantastic and we are impressed and them memories of meeting them will not go away. If you want a quiet hotel away from the action with fantastic views then this hotel is for you and I would definitely recommend or go again. It is a 20 minute walk into Elounda so be aware but to be honest with everything been brilliant here, you don't need to leave this hotel that much.
