Excellent Relaxing Stay Our final night of a week-long holiday has been truly relaxing and luxurious. This was our fourth trip to Crete, each time staying in a different area. We’d visited its wonderful museums and tourist highlights before but this time we decided to simply unwind, enjoy the private pool and explore Elounda if we fancied it. We chose this hotel specifically and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and assistance with our luggage to our lovely junior suite with a pool. The room was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white bed linen, a high-quality mattress and pillows. It was spacious enough for two and had a cosy cushioned seating area. A kettle was promptly supplied for tea, added to the coffee machine already in place. The outside patio was a dream, with a generous seating area, a table and very comfortable sunbeds overlooking the pristine pool. The view changed throughout the day as the sun moved across the sky, and if you were up early enough, you could witness a stunning sunrise. The restaurant offered a fresh and varied buffet, with my favourite being the salad selection. An al a carte menu is available if you preferred. The hotel grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. We enjoyed a spa treatment and the treatments were top-notch. Room service was superb and incredibly convenient, with delicious pizzas and a house burger. A leisurely walk into Elounda front. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday seamless. They organised a football match on their TV and were attentive to our every need. Our lovely cleaning lady was always there, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell this resort is owned and run by a family, small bespoke touches and local hospitality in spades. Almost always missing from big corporate giant’s catering for the masses. This was the perfect relaxing break for us. I have no hesitation in recommending this family run resort.

We loved the Elounda Palm Hotel and genuinely hope to return. The location was excellent, giving us beautiful surroundings and easy access on foot to the village of Elounda. We chose a double classic sea‑view room, and it was a large, comfortable, beautifully presented space with wonderful views out to sea. It was kept scrupulously clean throughout our stay, and we felt very well looked after. We were on half‑board and really enjoyed both the breakfasts and the buffet evening meals, which were consistently high quality. The service was exceptional, and the hotel (especially Chrysanthi, the manager we dealt with) handled my wife’s medical dietary needs with great care and professionalism. That made a huge difference to our holiday, and we were very grateful. The staff were always cheerful, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which added to the overall experience. Sleep quality was excellent, thanks to the comfortable room, peaceful setting, and relaxing atmosphere. We had high hopes for our stay at the Elounda Palm, but the reality exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Elounda Hotel Palm and Suites was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious and comfortable with beautiful view to the sea. We had a room with garden view, our balcony had view to a small oasis as we called it, simply dream-like. Big comfortable bed, tv, fruits and wine were waiting for us upon check in which made for the warmest welcome. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Mr Panagiotis as well as to the lovely lady working in the dinner service whose name I unfortunately did not get the chance to ask.They were both super friendly, and making you feel so welcome, almost like coming back home. For someone who lives abroad and only visits home a few times this was really important. The food was also excellent, with dinner being the true highlight. There was such a wide variety of options at the buffet that you simply wanted to try everything. We fell in love with the area! The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the center of Elounda village, so there is always the option to stroll there and enjoy what it has to offer. At the same time, it is also well worth exploring nearby places such as Agios Nikolaos and Kritsa. All around a wonderful unforgettable experience. Thank you to all of the staff for all the love and work they put in to make our dream of the perfect vacation come true.

Well all I can say it’s that I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. We booked through Jet2 and read some varied reviews. However, the attention to cleanliness was exceptional with all communal areas cleaned every morning with particular attention given to the pool area.. The room- a bungalow with sea views - was also exceptionally good with the only missing item-a kettle- quickly supplied. The food was also superb. We had thought that we may need to eat out as we had booked 7 nights. However, the breakfasts were marvellous with a great choice of cooked breakfast, cereal and continental. Dinner was different every night so there was no need at all to think we would get bored. It was great to have such a huge choice all cooked so so well. And finally the staff were exceptional. Attentive, engaging and thoroughly professional. I can not recommend this hotel more highly.

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn’t find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some fab music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you’ll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!
