Enorme Santanna Island

Everything perfect ! Food, pool, staff !

We stayed for 10 nights and have enjoyed every minute being at this hotel. It is gorgeous and pictures don’t do it justice for how nice and big the hotel is! The food has been amazing, especially at the restaurants that are part of all inclusive package, will attach photos of some of the meals we had. I will add tho you need to book as soon as you check in so you get a good time, availability can be difficult if you’re staying for a short time. Our favourite was Bella Italia restaurant, food was so good and the staff are lovely! Umika restaurant was still really good food but because there is no bar upstairs so drinks took really long to get. The a-la carte restaurant served a wide variety food everyday which changed cuisine each night! Shoutout to Dimitris who works in there, he made us laugh every night and was so welcoming and kind! Will miss seeing you at 2am for nibbles when we had a few too many drinks 😂 but overall the staff and managers are so polite and work hard to make sure everyone is satisfied The pools are stunning but the only downfall to this hotel is there is not enough sun beds for the amount of people they allow to stay. We had to get up extra early on the days we wanted a pool day because it’s impossible to get one 😢 But once you got a bed you would have a really relaxing day with nice views and amazing cocktails! Our room was really nice and cleaned everyday. We didn’t book a swim up room because we like to go out during the day whilst on holiday so wouldn’t have got a lot of use out of it for the extra ££. We booked a room with sea view 3407. If you book with jet2 the pictures on their site are deceiving for the sea view room because our room in our opinion was not sea view. I will attach photos. We went to reception to complain about this but was told we are in one of their sea view rooms even after showing the comparison in photos. We didn’t want this to ruin the start of our holiday so advised we would complain to jet2. We absolutely loved the spritz bar! Never seen one before at a hotel and it was such a vibe! The spritz drinks they offer are so so good! Entertainment was good at the main bar next to the sea, DJ’s and sax. Again needs more seating as it gets very busy and one night we couldn’t get a seat We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. But please get more sun beds before we come again 😁 Thankyou so much for a lovely stay!!

Very nice and clean hotel and enjoyed our stay but no where near enough sun beds for the size of the hotel even if you get up early to reserve one. Hard to get in all the restaurants and bars as they’re no where near big enough for the amount of people staying here which overall isn’t good enough for the money and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel, also the service was poor in the Asian restaurant. We also paid extra for a double sea view room and didn’t receive one as seen on pictures and when we went to reception we got told it was sea view and wasn’t at all.

Vicky was amazing and provided calmness in the deep tissue massage . Will definitely recommend
