Enorme Santanna Island

We spent 6 nights in July with an 18 month old and had a great time. I would highly recommend the sea view swim up pool rooms as they have the most amazing sea view and sunset views too. Close by to the bars in the evening and main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was perfect for when our baby had her long afternoon nap so we could enjoy the pool and sun, and for her to also dip in and out throughout the day. Don’t be put off my reviews saying there is no sun, if you book a sea view swim up room ( rooms 1006-1013 are on the lower ground floor or 1106-1113 on first floor) ours had sun from 11-5pm. We ain’t go to the main pools but they looked amazing but we did see people queuing early for the rooftop sun terrace and the main pool was full by 8-9am. The hotel is close by to the town of Sissi which is small but worth a visit, with some Tavernas and shops nearby for any essentials too. Else there isn’t much more around the hotel, which was fine for us anyway. Drinks were great, a selection of cocktails and the Aperol bar was lovely and they served a mix of local and branded spirits with wine at dinner too. The only downside I would say was the food. Breakfast was as you’d expect with a mix of continental and hot food, lunch and dinner again had a lot of variety each day, we just found it to be lacking depth of flavour and some local dishes not to our taste. They did have some days with kebabs, roast chicken and burgers but I’d say more 4 star than 5 star for the food. The staff were all friendly too particularly Mary and the restaurant staff made our little girl feel welcomed. We also only managed to get a reservation at the Italian Al La carte restaurant too they get booked up really quickly. I’d see if you can try and book ahead of time. All in all I would definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxing break and amazing views and friendly staff. Perhaps best suited to couples or groups of friends than families with children looking for activities.

It was an amazing experience, the food was delicious and the bar is really nice. The emplacement is also great, the hotel is close by the town Sissi, the room are really comfy and clean, we don't have any annoying noises from the other rooms. The view is breathtaking. The pools are nice. The atmosphere makes you want to stay here longer. The customers service was flawless and the crew are so sweet, Thanks to Mary and Mohamed who makes us feel like we were at our place here! We will definitely come back next year, it was worth every single cent.

A peaceful, relaxing hotel. It offers breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Muhammad at the main restaurant, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to assist. He truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The only drawbacks were that the rooms were quite small, and the bathroom layout was inconvenient, with the shower, toilet, and sink all separated into different areas. We also feel that the hotel is better suited for couples than for families with children, as there were very few activities for kids and limited child-friendly food options. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would recommend the hotel, especially for couples looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

There are very friendly, the food is very good. Mary the hostes is amezing.

great location with an amazing, relaxing atmosphere! the resort was huge and there was so much to do and explore - the pools, spa and beachside beanbags were my fav. and the staff were so so friendly and accommodating to all our needs - especially Mary who made my grandfather feel so welcome! overall a beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious place to stay
