Golden Beach Hersonissos

Claims it's a 4 star hotel but absolutely no where near a 4 star and you can tell that when your there and see other genuine 4 star hotels do yourself a favour and do not book!!!

Felt cheated, no more than 2 stars for this hotel, the only nice thing was the food and the service in the restaurant. Dirty, very small rooms, not nice at all! So disappointing! The pictures online are very misleading.

A good tourist hotel that provides good value for money. The room was pleasant although as other travelers have stated, the bathroom and shower are annoyingly small. We had half-board and the food served was good and the service efficient. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Being on the main road, it is very near to shops, bars etc. and the bus stop is really nearby.

Me and a friend stayed at the Golden beach hotel, Hersonisou recently and found it an excellant choice. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were very efficient and the food was very good. And overall a very good value for money stay.

We enjoyed all our meals, we dont eat meat, and I also dont eat fish but always had plenty of choice at meal times, the veg was always cooked to perfection, I perticaly enjoyed the little round carrots, plenty of fruit, cakes, biscuits, the restaurant was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, all the workers really good and hard working, the restaurant manager was always there making sure all ran smoothly
