Gouves Water Park Holiday

The massage was incredible. I booked myself in for a deep tissue message with Emmanouela and she was incredible. Completely confident and worked wonders! Highly recommend the spa! Definitely be coming back!

Good WiFi,lovely place to stay,clean room,fresh towels and water everyday. Not enough space for the entertainment too crowded but good members of staff working and amazing crew of entertainment staff.Very good pizza,not many choice for picky eaters otherwise excellent!

A good hotel for families. It’s a very busy place with approximately 390 Rooms. Breakfast and Dinner in the All-Inclusive Restaurant are very busy and often wait times at the coffee machines and drinks machines occur, however this is to be expected given the volume of people. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the bathrooms have walk in showers which are not ideal as there is not enough of a slant for all the water to drain away. Often there is a smell of sewage about the place especially by the pools and on an evening but I don’t believe this is something the hotel can control. There are daily snacks bars which include a Gyros Bar, a Pizza Bar and a Burger Bar. The Gyros is fantastic served by Pablo daily who is one of the hardest workers ever. A great guy who always smiled and provided the best customer service. The gent on the Pizza bar was also excellent though I don’t recall his name. Maria on one of the smaller pool bars was excellent too and really provided wonderful hospitality. The place is run by a very good team of staff who really take pride in what they are doing. I feel logistically though there could be some improvement at meal times to manage the volume of people, however this did not effect our stay. It was a nice visit.

had a lovely time here as the staff were amazing with the kids, the women is zezus bar was excellent with both my children and always so kind. The gyros station was really good aswell and the man serving them was also lovely.
