GRECOTEL Creta Palace

Highly recommend this experience. We learned how to cook traditional dish Gemista. Big thank you to cook Nikos and Georgios Assistant manager to explain everything to us. As well thank you to Ioanna and Paulos to take care of us.

The Creta Palace is a stunning property, with stunning refurbishments to many of the rooms and the public areas - the reception and bar are are breath-taking - Med colours mean you feel relaxed from the minute you step through the door. The roof top bar - The Sky Bar is a stunning place to enjoy pre or post dinner cocktails, great views and fab vibe. What really sets this hotel apart are the staff, over just a few days you end up feeling more like family than guests, everyone has a smile and going the extra miles is natural for everyone. Great beach (at certain times the turtles will use the beach for nesting), superb food at each of the hotel's restaurants including the buffet. A special shout out to the hairdresser who has been at this hotel for 30 years, brilliant! Thanks Creta Palace I am sure we will be back in the near future.

I was there for my 40th birthday trip, and the hotel was nice enough to upgrade my room and that made the world of a difference! Besides that, the hotel was very nice all around. - House cleaning was always insanely timely and making sure to come by when you were out - Cocktails at the lobby bar were actually pretty good - Food all around was good I would say. Maybe slightly expensive for what you get, but thats just a hotel for you. - Very nice pool area - Made sure to checkin with us the day before departing and made breakfast boxes for us on our early morning departure.

Faultless stay at Grecotel LUXME Crete Palace. Pristine, contemporary style with a calming pale blue and sea theme. Every member of staff was exceptional and friendly. Our room was a partial sea view with balcony. Housekeeping was excellent as was turndown. Love the cream marble bathrooms , fluffy dressing robes and thankfully plenty of hanging space which is often overlooked . The food was amazing, breakfast a real highlight . The staff again were excellent. A wide choice of vegetarian and gluten free food availabe as well as plant based milk for coffee and cereals. I don't ever think about cheescake for breakfast but I made the exception at Creta and you should too- it was the best I have ever eaten! Pool areas were clean and calm, love a QR code to order to the sunbed. The beach was beautiful and plenty of loungers. The Village square recreation is beautiful, love the little boutiques and church. Kids are well catered for with a kids club, waterpark ( due to open July) and families tended to be seated together at breakfast too. Great to see produce being grown on site too. I was fortunate to visit the Agreco Farm and it was a true highlight. There is so much passion for their food and hospitality. Location was great too , I loved my stay and whilst I don't tend to return to many hotels ( it's a big wide world out there!) I'll make an exception for Grecotel Creta Palace. We had an amazing holiday at Grecotel Creta Palace. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was one of the highlights. There was an excellent variety at every meal, with high-quality options to suit all tastes. The drinks selection was equally impressive, and everything felt very premium. The resort is particularly well known for its diverse dining options and wide choice of restaurants, which really enhanced the experience. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We loved the variety of room types available, making it easy to find something that suited different needs and preferences. The recently renovated accommodation feels modern and stylish while still retaining a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The hotel itself is stunning, set right on a beautiful beach with excellent facilities and immaculate grounds. Combined with the outstanding food, drinks and service, it made for a truly memorable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend Grecotel Creta Palace to couples and families looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Crete. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
