GRECOTEL Creta Palace

Our stay at Creta Palace was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!!! The resort is beautiful, with stunning grounds, excellent facilities, and a wonderful beachfront location. Everything is maintained to the highest standard, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and welcoming. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional team. A special thank you to Dimitrios, without a doubt the best hotel manager we have ever come across. He is always present around the resort (!!!), greeting guests, checking that everything is perfect, and making everyone feel valued. The front office staff also deserve special recognition!They were always warm, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.Creta Palace delivers outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and a truly memorable holiday experience. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!!!

We've just got back from Creta Palace and couldn't be any happier with our holiday - it was just perfect. The resort is the nicest resort we've stayed in - the beach is amazing and so close, the sea was warm enough to swim in every day at the end of May. Pools were great, our 4 year old loved going in all 4 of them, constantly changing which one he wanted to be in. I saw a review about there not being safe entry but there is a kids pool further into the resort which has this and a small pool for babies. Where the beds are in the pool there's also a shallow bit for babies/kids the play in as well. There was a problem with not enough umbrellas at the start of our stay but management acted quickly and all sunbeds had umbrellas and canopies were being put up as we were leaving. The food is the best I've had! Not one bad meal. We had gone to Ikos for the past 4 years but I'd say the food and cocktails are much better here. We managed to get into the restaurants and all the food was great - especially the Italian, Asian and Greek. We loved the farm experience - their honey is to die for! Our 4 year old loved getting involved with the cooking and feeding the animals. All the staff were very helpful and friendly - Veronica in guest services was great at helping with a few issues we had with our neighbours. The buffet setting is so nice to sit in. The outside square is such a nice environment for a buffet. The Brassiere is also lovely for lunch - the burger is so good, as well as the milkshakes! We loved the Greek 'village' - my only feedback would be for the coffee house to be open during the day as an actual coffee house - although I do get what they're doing here and it is a lovely setting for an evening wine. The kids club is great. We didn't leave our little boy there but we did go and join in the activities with him. We particularly loved pirate day. It's evident the kids loved it too - so many there. It was also lovely seeing the kids still wearing their pirates hat and crowns the next day. The newly renovated sea view rooms are fab - loved the decor. They're obviously still putting some finishing touches. Every day we'd come back to our room with something new which we found highly entertaining. The showers are incredible (no cold water trickles here!) It was just a lovely relaxed environment the whole holiday. This is the first holiday we've come away saying 'we can't wait to come back'. We'll definitely be booking again for next year. I didn't think we'd top Ikos but we're firmly Grecotel fans now!

What a wonderful holiday! We booked this hotel as our eldest son and his fiance were celebrating their marriage at Agreco Farm which is owned by the Grecotel Group. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and to be honest our check in experience wasn’t great and we had expected a cold plate of food in our room on arrival but there was only two pastries. That said, the rest of our holiday has been wonderful even though the hotel has ongoing renovation works (which didn’t impact us at all). You can see how superb this hotel will be once everything is completed. What makes this hotel so special is the staff and in particular Nasia in Guest Relations and Tomos, Georgios and Despina in the Brasserie and Aida in the Labyrinth buffet restaurant. We will definitely return! That

The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food was always great in the buffet, not a bad meal. The A’ la Cartes were also better than any fully inclusive I’ve stayed in. The public areas and pools are kept spotless. They’re still adding some finishing touches, but it didn’t take anything away from our week here. Go to the Organic farm if you get the chance, a stunning setting and an informative experience. All in all an amazing holiday and we’ll be back ❤️🇬🇷

First of all i would say a great thank you to all employees of the hotel for the excellence Service and Support. It was a beautiful and harmonic atmosphere at this hotel. We were very satisfy with the breakfast and Lunch at the evening. We could sleep very well at beds and the Maisonette appartement was greatful. Also a big thank you to the hotel Manager Mr. Tsaklas.
