⭐⭐⭐⭐ Complex Review: Fantastic Service, but Book Restaurants Early! We would definitely return to the Grecotel LuxMe White Palace in the near future! The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its incredible team. 🌟 Outstanding Hospitality & Staff From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Christos the hotel concierge who checked us in, was absolutely wonderful. He was consistently helpful and went above and beyond throughout our visit to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Any minor issues we encountered were taken care of immediately without any fuss. Another special mention goes to the lovely lady on reception with the blonde, curly bob hair, who was also amazing, warm, and highly attentive. Exceptional service from the entire staff truly made our holiday. 🍽️ Dining & A La Carte Tip The only real downside of our stay was the process for booking the à la carte restaurants. Take note: If you do not book these well in advance of your trip, you stand no chance of getting a table. Because of this, we ended up eating at the main buffet. While the buffet food was perfectly okay, it wasn't the greatest and didn't quite match the stellar standard of the rest of the resort. Summary: Outstanding service and wonderful staff who can't do enough for you. Just make sure to sort your dinner reservations weeks before you fly! All in all a beautiful Hotel in a gorgeous location.

Beautiful hotel and you are treated as a VIP from the moment you arrive. Rooms spacious and clean with everything you need. Lovely choice of restaurants and bars, delicious food and excellent service from all the staff. Nothing too much trouble.

5* experience on most areas...check in was fabulous but more could be done to explain the layout...we felt we didnt find everything ( including the spa) room spotless...thank you Anastasia but didnt like the fact that the shower was in the bedroom..patio had 2 metal chairs & foot stool/table...they need a proper table & chairs on the patio. Food was great...in the buffet restaurant there was always something to eat although one night there was chicken on the menu & I was offered 1 tiny slice...the lady gave me another slice when asked but I shouldn't have had to ask..Asian restaurant was lovely...you had to be on a sun bed by about 8.30/9 but to be fair anyone reserving sun beds before 10.30 had their towels removed...there were other sunbeds around but again we didnt know/werent told which ones we could use as some were private beds staff around the pool , restaurant & bar were always polite & willing to help but ask for a half pint of beer in the bar & you got a quarter pint with the rest froth. One thing I will add is there was lots of young children there & some days crying & screaming was the order of the day...nothing the hotel can do about that...the hotel does put on entertainment for kids in the evening but for an hour or so. The hotel is not really in walking distance of anywhere & is a 17€ taxi ride into the old town. All in all this is a great hotel but if you want to avoid kids book adults only.

We had a fab time at the Grecotel White Palace. Even though our luggage didn’t arrive with us, the hotel team were more than helpful and went above and beyond to support us, liaising with the airline and airport in Greek on our behalf. Thank you to Starvoula and Dimitris! Nineta’s recommendations for excursions were spot on! Definitely do the off-road Jeep Safari or take a private wine tasting and olive oil tasting trip. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, the buffet was small but with so many choices for à la carte you didn’t really notice. Cocktails and drinks were also top‑class, with a wide selection that includes branded alcohol and very well‑made mixology. The sunbed policy, which prevents reservations before 10:30, is actively enforced and ensured there was plenty of space by the pool throughout the day. Our only small niggle was that the hotel felt very family‑oriented, with a lot of children around. It would be wonderful if one of the pools could be designated adults‑only. Having stayed at other Grecotel properties with fewer families, we’d love to see Grecotel launch a dedicated adults‑only resort in the future.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful hotel we were met by friendly, smiling faces. I had already downloaded the Grecotel App, checked in and made reservations in 3 of the restaurants before arriving so we were seated, brought a refreshing drink and left to cool down after our transfer from the airport. After about 10mins we were taken through the hotel, informed of the locations of the various restaurants etc and taken to our room...which had been upgraded for us. This aswell as the balloons, bubbly and cake that were inside for my husband's birthday was an amazing start to a wonderfully relaxing week. Our room was a Yali with a shared pool and beachfront location and it was amazing!! The whole hotel is spotless, our rooms were cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and a restocked mini fridge. The pool was chilly but refreshing and a welcome way to cool off from the beautiful sunshine, right on our doorstep. We ate in all 4 restaurants and the food was delicious every time!! The buffet restaurant also served delicious food with a great selection. We visited the sommelier in the buffet restaurant and she was a delight...very passionate about her job, very friendly and very helpful! We also attended a wine tasting with her that the hotel organises...just ask at reception...well worth it. All the staff here are welcoming and friendly and they all work so hard, they are always happy to help in any way they can to make your stay perfect. We can honestly say we had the best time here, we were both so relaxed and very much look forward to returning some day in the near future. Thank you Grecotel Luxme White for an amazing week!!
