GRECOTEL LUX.ME White

Just spent 10 days at this hotel and tbh i couldn't fault it! The first view of the hotel with it's open front entrance overlooking the pool and the sea was stunning, the place is so clean and tidy, the rooms cleaned everyday and staff always accommodating. The a la cart restaurants were amazing. Spent every night sat at the long beach bar drinking cocktails and the atmosphere was second to none. The bar staff George and Maria were the pinnacle that made the holiday, the best two bar tenders i have ever had the pleasure of drinking in front of. Will definitely be coming back here for the laughs at the bar.

Our stay at Grecotel LUXME White was truly unforgettable. From the first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a family vacation. We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and the hotel was amazing for families with children. The staff were always kind, patient, and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and with a huge variety every day. Every meal felt like a luxury experience. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was always perfectly clean and comfortable. The pools, sea views, and overall design of the hotel created such a special feeling that we already want to come back again. Thank you to the entire Grecotel team for making our holiday so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Crete!

I had an amazing stay at White Palace Grecotel Luxury Resort. The hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and beautiful sea views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. A perfect place for relaxing and unforgettable holidays in Crete! One thing only bring Michalis to the Poolside to bring drinks it's lot way to the bar if you have children Kisses to everyone who help us to feel like home

Wonderful welcome on arrival, cold towels and glass of fizz provided, suitcases taken to room and a personal introduction to the hotel by a member of staff. First impressions were excellent, beautiful views and hotel clean and well maintained for its age, the main heated pool area was always busy due to the time of year. We had a petit yali suite with access to a private shared pool, not heated, usable with grimacing. The sun beds provided were very comfortable and the rooms are a few steps from the beach. Room itself was slightly disappointing with a small bathroom and shower, the additional extra “living space” was sparsely furnished, and a bit pointless, more suited to children’s bedroom than a usable space for couples. Sound proofing is very poor which we realised when a family with youngsters moved in mid week. Dining was a mixed bag, buffet food often cold and waiting to be being refilled, sometimes a little sparse, Asia White stunning views, food a little disappointing, Fico D’India good for lunch, evening food was cold, Agreco farm experience excellent and an abundance of food, The White was superb, ate here on the last evening and loved it. Staff in both bars were great, Patisserie and Gelateria are a lovely extra. Contact the hotel to book à la carte before you arrive. We were surprised they had locked down the 55” smart tvs and only had one English news channel, management did bend over backwards to provide a streaming device but would suggest packing one if you like an occasional netflix and chill with a nightcap. The hotel provided transfers as we booked direct, please check your transfer timings personally - unannounced major roadworks caught us, the hotel and the driver completely off guard and we missed our flight home.
