Beautiful hotel with a lovely calm atmosphere . Food gorgeous - dinner at the Grecotel Farm is highly recommended as part of your all inclusive ( you do have to get your own transport which reception will organise ) views just wonderful. Rooms are lovely - a swim up room recommended if budget allows . Wonderful attentive , but not intrusive , staff .

Stunning location with sunsets to die for, exceptional service throughout the whole hotel, food and drink quality very, very good, some of the best cocktails I've ever had!. Never felt crowded at any time of the day! Thank you Grecotel - I will be back!

I have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Grecotel LUXME White in Crete. Our stay was wonderful. We stayed in a White Family Sea View Room. The food was excellent across all the dining options and served by the lovliest team. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were so attentive, welcoming and friendly. The position of the hotel is superb with some of the most amazing sunsets! I will definitely be returning.

From check-in to check-out, the service was amazing. Our room was large and sea-facing, which was brilliant, and we enjoyed a lovely sea breeze — I love sleeping with the doors open! The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in for ages. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool area is stunning, and the quiet pool is exactly that — peaceful and relaxing. Next time, I think I would book a swim-up room as they looked incredible. We overlooked the private pool, and I would have loved being able to step straight in and out of the water, especially as it stretched the full length of the building and was always quiet. Breakfast had so much choice, and I especially loved the chilled room — it’s that extra level of thought to ensure the food is perfectly cool. The terrace bar is stunning as well — watching the sunset there was incredible. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and would definitely return :)

My stay at Grecotel LUXME White was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a stylish and relaxed atmosphere, stunning sea views, and fantastic facilities. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service, every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The food and drink offering was excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality dining throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed, thoroughly spoiled, and already planning a return visit. A wonderful luxury all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations.
