This hotel is fantastic ! The location, the sea views and sunsets are stunning. It's even better than it looks in the pictures ! Before we arrived the reservations team accommodated all of our requests for restaurant bookings as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday with other relatives and wanted to make sure we could all dine in “The White” on her birthday and sample the other restaurants together during our stay. All of the staff are amazing. From the poolside waiters and waitresses ( Especially Yiannis & Anna) , to the cocktail team at the bars, the various restaurant staff, reception teams, all the fitness crew, cleaners and gardeners we cannot thank all of you enough for making our stay exceptional and very personal. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return should we visit this wonderful island in the future.

After spending two incredible weeks at Grecotel LUXME White for our honeymoon, we’re honestly struggling to find the words to describe just how amazing our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, every single aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. This wasn’t just a holiday – it was the honeymoon of our dreams, and we’ll treasure the memories forever. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views across the sea are breathtaking, (with the best sunsets I’ve ever laid eyes on), and the entire resort has such a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere you look is beautifully maintained, with immaculate gardens, stylish facilities, and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the scenery. Every day felt like paradise at this hotel. One thing that really stood out throughout our stay was the cleanliness. Every area of the hotel was spotless at all times, and our room was maintained to an exceptionally high standard every single day. The housekeeping team did an incredible job, and it really added to the luxurious feel of the resort. The food was another highlight of our honeymoon. Every restaurant offered something different, (the Tavernaki was our favourite) and the quality was consistently outstanding. There was such a huge variety that we never got bored, even after two weeks. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The cocktails were equally impressive – expertly made, beautifully presented, and always delicious. Sitting at the Sunset Bar on an evening with a cocktail in one hand and a game of UNO in the other, while looking out over the sunset quickly became one of our favourite parts of each day. There was always plenty to do around the resort too. Whether it was the entertainment (special shout out for the darts - SUCH fun!), wine tasting, relaxing by the pool, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings, there was the perfect balance between activity and relaxation. Every day brought something new, making our two-week stay fly by. It felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves at times because it’s not over-crowded. For me, that’s so important for a good holiday. Another way the hotel added to the luxury feel for us. One of the absolute highlights of our honeymoon was our private dining experience. We couldn’t do it on the sea pier as planned due to the waves, but the alternative location was even better in our opinion. It was simply magical. Everything about the evening was perfect – the beautiful setting, the incredible food, the attentive service, and the romantic atmosphere. It was such a special experience that truly completed our honeymoon and gave us memories we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. It felt incredibly personal and unforgettable. A huge thank you to Anargyros, who looked after us during our private dining experience. His service was exceptional, and he made an already perfect evening feel even more special. What truly makes Grecotel LUXME White exceptional isn’t just the beautiful hotel or the fantastic facilities – it’s the people. Every member of staff we met genuinely cared about making our stay as special as possible. They were warm, welcoming, professional, and always went above and beyond with genuine smiles. They made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number, and that personal touch is something we’ll never forget. We’d especially like to thank some incredible members of the team who made our honeymoon so memorable. Thank you to Charlotte for the wonderful wine tasting experience. It was informative, enjoyable, and such a lovely addition to our holiday. Charlotte is absolutely lovely to talk to and a real asset to the hotel. To Nineta the Concierge, thank you for always being so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. To Mike and Wido from the entertainment team, thank you for bringing so much fun and energy every day to the darts and table tennis! Your enthusiasm was infectious, and you really added to the fantastic atmosphere around the resort. A huge thank you to Maria and Konstantinos at the Sunset Bar during the day. You both looked after us so well, always remembering us with a smile and making every visit enjoyable. Thank you to Michalis, the Bar Manager, for overseeing such an incredible team and ensuring every drink and every interaction was first class. And he dresses so smartly too! We’d also like to thank Maria Apokoroniotaki and Maria (with the glasses) who served us at the Sunset Bar in the evenings. You were both so kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely people. We always looked forward to seeing you. A special thank you to Sergio, the photographer, for capturing such beautiful memories of our honeymoon. We will treasure those photos forever. Finally, thank you to Stavoula on Reception for such a warm welcome and for always greeting us with kindness throughout our stay. You were hugely helpful and your kind face brightened each day! Every single member of staff made us feel like family, and it’s because of all of you that this became the trip of a lifetime. We arrived excited for our honeymoon and left with memories we’ll cherish forever. We honestly cannot fault a single thing about our stay. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and we already know we’ll be returning in the future. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and anyone considering staying here should book with complete confidence. It truly is a little slice of paradise. This is the 5th time since summer 2024 that we have been back and are about to book for late October this year, bringing the total to 6 times! We have to leave a review which is about the staff; they are second to none. From the gentleman managing breakfast and lady working in the adults' area in the buffet, to Maria and Dimitrius at the top bar in the evening, through to the gang at the long bar near the beach - both day and evening shifts (I'm so sorry I've failed to recall your names) to Niko in client services and to Varids the MD - EXCEPTIONAL. You all are the reason we keep coming back; each of you remembers us every time, and our drinks- you make us feel so special, so thank you. We were lucky enough to stay in an area with a shared pool and garden, which was so peaceful. The buffet is great, The White Restaurant has lovely high-end dishes and our favourite was the Asia White! See you all again soon - Jess and Shaun

We are having the most beautiful stay here at the Luxme white. Everything is beautiful, the food, our room, cleanliness but most of all the service and people. We are being so throughly spoilt by our wonderful hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We always say that 5* in Greece means the VERY best in service kindness and cleanliness and food. This hotel has all of the above in bucket loads. Our wonderful poolside waiter (room 411 swim up) has gone above and beyond to help us and find what we need. This is our second Grecotel experience and have booked for another next year. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the food and feel completely spoiled. I must also add that there have been some absolutely beautifully behaved children here which is a joy to see.

We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at this resort in July 2026, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Having done a significant amount of research before selecting this property for our family get away, I am pleased to share that we were not disappointed in the slightest. In fact, our stay was nothing short of outstanding. ​What really stood out at this property was the remarkable team, spearheaded by Vardis Kontorinis. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. They are consistently friendly, highly professional, and were very attentive without being intrusive. ​For anyone seeking a great All Inclusive resort experience in Crete, this property deserves to be at the very top of your shortlist. The food and beverage offering is excellent, with a wide variety of dining options. A dinner/ visit to a local Taverna was also part of the offering. ​This was our first time experiencing a Grecotel Resort, and they have successfully won us over as loyal guests. We were so impressed by the property, the offering, and the management, that we are already considering our return trip, either to this beautiful location or to another Grecotel property in Greece!
