We had such a fantastic stay from start to finish. Our room was beautifully clean, and the hotel was spotless throughout. The dining facilities and food options were excellent, with plenty of choice for our 3-year-old son, which made mealtimes so easy and enjoyable. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our holiday special. There are far too many wonderful staff members to mention individually, but they all deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for such a memorable holiday—we can’t wait to return next year!

Our stay at Grecotel LUXME White was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. We had an amazing family holiday and enjoyed every single moment. The staff was exceptional, always friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was specious, spotless, comfortable and offered breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed both the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurants, where every meal was delicious and wonderfully prepared. One of the highlights of our stay was ending each day with a drink at one of the hotel's bar while watching the spectacular sunset. The atmosphere and the view are simply unforgettable. Overall, our stay at LUXME White was an incredible experience. It offers the perfect combination of exceptional service, beautiful accommodation, delicious dining and unforgettable moments. We highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Having returned to Grecotel LUXME White several times over the years, it truly feels like a place we are always happy to come back to. Every visit has its own memories, but one thing remains constant – the people who make guests feel genuinely welcome. What makes this hotel so special is not only its beautiful location and facilities, but above all the team. Hospitality cannot be taught; it comes from people who genuinely care, and we were fortunate to meet many of them during our stay. A heartfelt thank you goes to Giorgos at Ventanas Il Mar, Dimitris at Tavernaki, Charlotte, whose wine recommendations always enhanced our dinners, Elisabeth at Lobsteria, Maria and Stavroula from Guest Services, Mihalis at the Spa, and Annita and Anda, who were serving drinks on the beach. Their warm smiles, natural kindness and genuine enthusiasm made every interaction a pleasure. The culinary experience was once again outstanding. The variety and quality of food throughout the resort were exceptional, with something to suit every taste. As my sister had some food allergy, I particularly appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable the restaurant teams were. Every question was taken seriously, allowing us both to enjoy each meal with complete confidence. The service throughout the resort deserves special recognition. From the welcoming atmosphere on arrival to the attentive Guest Services team, the professional housekeeping staff and the many waiters who consistently delivered friendly and efficient service, we always felt well looked after. General Manager Mr Kontorinis ensured that we’ve enjoyed our stay to the most. Evenings at White Palace have their own special atmosphere. The Thursday night entertainment was fantastic, creating a lively yet elegant ambience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Sunset Bar, where the bartenders not only prepared excellent cocktails but did so with skill, passion and a touch of showmanship that made every visit memorable. The Spa was another highlight of our stay. The treatments were excellent, and Mihalis’ professionalism and expertise made the experience particularly relaxing. As someone who enjoys staying active while travelling, I also appreciated the gym and especially the beautiful new running path, which made exercise a real pleasure. We leave once again with wonderful memories and, most importantly, with gratitude to the people whose professionalism, kindness and dedication represent Grecotel at its very best. They are the reason we keep returning, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
