I had a lymphatic massage at the spa and it was truly one of the most relaxing experiences of my vacation. The atmosphere was peaceful, harmonious and very professional from beginning to end. The massage itself was incredibly calming and I honestly didn’t expect to feel this relaxed afterwards. My body felt so much lighter and completely at ease. A special thank you to the therapist for the wonderful treatment and calming energy. I’m very grateful for this experience and would absolutely recommend it.

I had an excellent time here at Grecotel Plaza Beach House, 10/10 experience. It is located in Rethymno about a 35 minute walk from Old Town and the beach is across the street so it offers a beautiful view from their restaurant. I have so many wonderful things to say but I will start with the bartender Michael. He is extremely skilled at making drinks that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. He has a clear passion for what he does. He always engaged in conversation and was happy to explain different drinks to me and I really enjoyed the rapport we had. Also Kalliopi the receptionist is extremely friendly and approachable. She was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for us and I really enjoyed talking to her. Finally, Theodoris the maître d’ was very warm and hospitable. He always made a point to come talk to us and was very kind. I will also mention that my boyfriend was sick overnight and they offered to make him soup and checked in with him throughout the day which really meant a lot. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the room was spacious and the housekeepers did a very good job keeping our room clean throughout the week. I’d say you get your money’s worth for sure and the people were what made this stay so special. I definitely recommend this hotel.
