GRECOTEL Plaza Beach House

Perfect location, lovely atmosphere, spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, excellent service from hotel personnel, good WiFi, sumptuous breakfast

I love this hotel sooo much. Definitely rent a car for the trip, especially in the off season. And definitely stay at this hotel, no notes!

My stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House was outstanding. The staff was extremely welcoming, and looked after me during all my stay. A special thank you to Mrs.Maria and Vassiliki that offered hospitality at the first place. Regarding my room,I received an upgrade and I can clearly say that it was spacious and I had a lof of comfort. As far as the breakfast is concerned, it was full of very nice choices and the staff there was very approachable as well and took care of me. I highly recommend this hotel as it offers privacy, hospitality at the highest place and also the location of the hotel is very close to the central square of Rethymnon.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. Room was good with a lovely sea view. In particular Michalis who greeted us when we arrived was very helpful and welcoming. Great location with the beach just across the road. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Bit of a mixed bag on this hotel meant to be 4 * but they have a few issues for me that would need to be addressed. Fantastic location right across from the beach. Nice Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Room a few issues, but nothing major. Wee issue with cleanliness for a 4*star hotel. The staff are an asset to this hotel. Most of the staff where lovely serving staff Sofia & Theo plus a few others behind the bar especially on the late shift. I would say though that the front of house reception staff where an asset to this hotel. Mickail, lovely, guy very helpful & Kalliopi who also supported the reception area. She was approachable, polite, courteous, interactive, welcoming in her manner. Nothing was too much trouble and would go out of the way to help. She was efficient in her role, smart & very presentable.
