Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! We stayed last week and everything was great! Great food and the rooms are better than 5* hotels! We will be back for sure!

The hotel itself looks lovely and, at first glance, gives a good impression. However, our experience was completely overshadowed by the poor food quality. Being served raw chicken at the pool bar was absolutely unacceptable and, quite frankly, appalling. Considering the already limited food selection, this was extremely disappointing. The food throughout our stay was consistently below the standard you would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. There was very little variety, with the same salads and pickled vegetables appearing at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and many dishes were either poorly labelled or not labelled at all. I'm far from being a fussy eater and am usually happy to try anything, but the food was genuinely some of the worst I've experienced. The meat was consistently fatty and of very poor quality, making many meals unappetising. In the end, we found ourselves eating out on several occasions simply because the food at the hotel was so disappointing. When you're paying a significant amount for a 4-star all-inclusive holiday, you expect the food and service to reflect that standard. Unfortunately, this hotel falls well short in that regard.

Our stay at Harmony E Rock Hotel in Crete was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had, especially considering this is marketed as a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, things immediately went downhill. After a long and exhausting day of travelling, instead of being welcomed properly, we were handed what can only be described as a sad cold plate of leftovers and told to sit in a dark room to eat it. It felt incredibly unwelcoming and honestly set the tone for the entire stay. While the hotel itself and the rooms looked modern and renovated, it became very clear that the money has gone into appearances rather than the actual guest experience. The room was nice enough and the view from our balcony was lovely, but unfortunately that was one of the very few positives. The food throughout the holiday was genuinely awful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were practically identical every single day with barely any variation. For a supposed 4-star resort, the quality and choice of food was shockingly poor. Most dishes were either dried out from sitting for hours, stone cold, or undercooked. On multiple occasions we were served food that was actually unsafe to eat, including raw chicken and cold rubbery calamari that looked like it had been reheated repeatedly. Eating there became something we dreaded rather than enjoyed. To make matters worse, we were offered a “complimentary” meal at the hotel’s so-called à la carte restaurant. Expectations were naturally higher, especially as we had to pre-select our meals before attending, making it sound like a premium dining experience. In reality, it was nothing more than the exact same buffet food rearranged onto plates. There was absolutely no difference in quality, atmosphere, or service. It felt completely misleading and honestly pointless. Overall, this hotel is all style and no substance. The renovated appearance and scenic views may look good in photos, but the overall experience was far below what you would expect for the amount of money charged. We left feeling like we paid luxury prices for a budget-level all-inclusive experience. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone expecting genuine 4-star quality.

We have just returned from this hotel and would 100% recommend if you want a quiet, quality all inclusive! The only downside was the long transfer from Heraklion Airport, we hired a car and it took us about 1 hour 45minutes, but we felt rewarded by the beautiful hotel and the stunning area. I travelled with my husband and son and we had 2 rooms, standard with pool view and side sea view. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and we had a smart TV, kettle, great shower , pool towels, and the rooms were immaculate! The customer service also really was second to none... nothing was too much trouble! The food was varied and very tasty, and the local drinks included in the AI options fine. The atmosphere was great... the only night we had entertainment was a Greek themed night which was fun, very talented singer/ keyboard and bouzouki musicians... and the opportunity for a dance!! The rest of the week we had a couple of drinks and an early night, preferring instead to get an early start to explore the local area... there are several beautiful but challenging gorges within an easy drive, and amazing mountain villages, to make the most of this area, I do recommend a hire car (free parking) , unless you're just there to chill, as the hotel is quite isolated! There is a beach which is about a 10 minute walk, down a steep hill which is lovely...and lots of other beaches along the Libyan coast line! Thank you to all of the staff, we would definitely return!

Very good experience, very enjoyable stay, really peaceful and quiet, kind and helpful staff. Really lovely place. I recommend it 100%
