The drive into this beautiful resort is breath taking, the front desk staff were welcoming, gave us fresh juice upon arrival and helped us with our luggage. We quickly fell in love with the vibe and aesthetic, scented lobby was a very nice touch. We booked one of the river suites which came with it's own little pool, which we did use later on in the day when the pool got a bit busier. I just want to shout out the chef Emmanuel, he took notice that I loved fruit with every meal and on our last day he brought fresh figs and fragosyka(locally grown pickly pear) from his own personal garden for me to try - they were delicious. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the great work!!

This is young hotel and resort, opened at season 2024 by new company that rebuilt and reconstructed it completely. I stayed at room with view into land and it was nice. It have electric kettle with selection of teas and coffee (even decaff), by welcome you get free bottle of water which you can refill on two places, by pool and in ala carte restaurant. There is batroom included which contains hair dryer and full complete of hair shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, soap for hand and even body lotion. Room has spacious balcony. Room service works every day, they change linen on bed and towels every other day and pool towel each day. Food have enough variability both for meat eaters or vegetarians. I am after bariatric surgery and waitresses were kind to me if I left some on plate I couldnt eat. Hotel have a la carte restaurant, you have to book on reception menu and time. Yummy foods again. Pool is cleaned daily and its here enough place to rest. Pool bar have variations of drinks and is there snack and ice cream bar. Staff in hotel is smiling, willing to fullfill each of your wish and every one is really nice, from managers on reception, staff taking care of people at pool and restaurants to cleaning ladies. The only one think that is a little off is position of hotel. Its up on hill and you have to walk down to sea around 7-10 minutes on your tempo. So its better for young people or active seniors. Hotel have its own beach, its the second one when you come down. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! We stayed last week and everything was great! Great food and the rooms are better than 5* hotels! We will be back for sure!

The hotel itself looks lovely and, at first glance, gives a good impression. However, our experience was completely overshadowed by the poor food quality. Being served raw chicken at the pool bar was absolutely unacceptable and, quite frankly, appalling. Considering the already limited food selection, this was extremely disappointing. The food throughout our stay was consistently below the standard you would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. There was very little variety, with the same salads and pickled vegetables appearing at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and many dishes were either poorly labelled or not labelled at all. I'm far from being a fussy eater and am usually happy to try anything, but the food was genuinely some of the worst I've experienced. The meat was consistently fatty and of very poor quality, making many meals unappetising. In the end, we found ourselves eating out on several occasions simply because the food at the hotel was so disappointing. When you're paying a significant amount for a 4-star all-inclusive holiday, you expect the food and service to reflect that standard. Unfortunately, this hotel falls well short in that regard.
