Where to start. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Food: bland, lukewarm, just overall not nice. The best part of the food was honestly the chips and the ice cream. Mostly the same food everyday, lunch and dinner. By the end of the holiday the smell of the food made me physically feel sick. Rooms: payed for a normal standard room as you do. Turns out the room we payed for was in a completely different building so we ended up paying €120 for an upgrade for 6 days. Room was quite nice but the air con did smell a bit. A couple we knew got charged €190 for an upgrade but was only staying one more extra day than us? Make it make sense. The cleaners come into your room without knocking at random times in the morning. We had some gifts set out on the table and came back to find they had been played with by the cleaner. One couple we knew left some cash on the desk along with other belongings and the cleaner took it!!! No evening entertainment other than the odd Dj and dancers we had 2/7 days we were there. No snack bar next to the pool. Most of the drinks at the bar you had to pay for. One positive is the pool bar staff were absolutely ace. Most of the pool chairs don’t decline. The cleanliness of the hotel is very 50/50. The bathrooms not nice. One time one of the cubicles had poo on the floor which someone had stood in and it was there for a couple of hours. Absolutely disgusting. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing is it is next to the beach and an absolutely fantastic restaurant called Ammos where we ate most of the days.
The customer service was brilliant, especially the receptionist, food was also beautiful, Dimitris helped us with everything and made sure everything ran smoothly if there was a problem, Great Stay!
Amazing hotel, food was delicious!
Nice hotel staff, food excellent highly recommended.
Could not fault the location, meters away from restaurants and bars. Friendly atmosphere throughout, and good vibes around the pool and pool bar. A lot of reviews mention the upgraded room for the first night, we knew this going in and asked to see both rooms straight away as we didn’t want the hassle of moving everything over. The “standard” room is nothing close to 4 star, and was extremely dated, the upgraded rooms however were lovely and well worth the €20 a night upgrade. Our room was cleaned every day when requested, and the balcony pool view was a lovely touch. Very understandable why people have been frustrated by this but the price seems to be negotiable. We had low expectations for the food going in, but had no issues. The selection changed everyday (other than the bolognaise which is catered for children). The drink selection was ok, but a lot of the cocktails were not included in the all inclusive package, a lot of which you would expect for a 4 star hotel. The staff were great overall, special shout out to the pool bar staff who were lovely. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you upgrade your room, and don’t expect gourmet food, you’ll have a good time!
