Hersonissos Palace

We stayed here on the 19th of July 2026 expecting to be staying in a five star hotel but to our dissapionted it seemed more like a 3 star at a push. It looked quite run down in places and wasn't clean in places.We went up to the 3rd floor were are room was and had to use the lifts that felt clastrophibic beacuse they had one door that shut and then another one behind that.We had a room that was at the front of the hotel which had a sea view but it was very noisy from the noise outside from people coming and going all night long. The walls were paper thin as you could hear people talking and playing music which seemed really loudly , we had to report this because it went on into the early hours of the morning. We went to make a drink but found that the kettle was full of rust inside so we had to get a new one. The food was wasnt very good and the all inclusive drinks were undrinkable. The all inclusive snack bar which was on 4 till 5 which was just a few biscuits , cake, fruit and ice cream . Couldnt get a sun bed had towels on first thing in a morning because the both pools areas were always full so had to spend every day down the the beach paying for sunbeds This was really not a good holiday experince and have stayed in 3 star hotels in Greece before that was far better than this.

Fantastic stay at Hersonissos Palace! We have had a wonderful holiday here. All the staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and everything has been well organized and taken care of. The food has been very good, with a nice variety and great quality. A special thank you to Dimitris, the restaurant manager and leader of the restaurant team, who was always friendly, professional, and made sure every guest felt welcome and well looked after. His dedication and positive attitude made a real difference. We are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Hersonissos Palace Hotel to others. We would love to come back again! 😊

Myself and my fiancé always have a great time on holiday as we love each other. But this hotel is dire. Ignore what so and so says from Lithuania, who’s idea of a 5* hotel is somewhat different to a seasoned traveller from the UK. 3* at best. Not going to waffle so here goes Mostly rude staff, who have no meal etiquette Very anti British outlook Drinks absolutely disgusting No entertainment day or night Feral animals roam Drunks wake you up due to paper thin walls/lack of noise reduction Unsafe smelly lifts Stained upholstery carpets For a 5* hotel I could go on, I’ll give this a 1 for a comfy mattress, but sleep was impossible due to the noise outside Phil and Sharon
