Hersonissos Palace

Unfortunately we left this hotel feeling very disappointed and upset! My 15 year old had her Bambi teddy go missing out of the room on our second day of being there she has had this since she was a young child and took it on every holiday with her it meant everything to her! She never took it out the room she just kept it on her bed ! We asked the cleaners and they said they didn’t see it I also spoke to the manager who spoke to the people who do the laundry but apparently they didn’t come across it either we stayed here from 16th - 23rd Oct and left yesterday feeling gutted we never found it ! 😢😢

Honestly I cannot fault this hotel, every staff has been fantastic in every special way. Dimitris the FnB Manager stood out. Overall I had a good time at the hotel.

Brilliant location close to amenities and a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the busy centre. they have a good variety of food and staff are very attentive to your needs including the manager who is very hands on and present

One of the best Greek getaways—the room was clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located right next to a sandy beach. I left a piece of my heart at Hersonisos Palace.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The reception area is modern and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although some areas, such as the way to the dining room, look a little older, we were very impressed with our room. It was modern, very clean and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds that allowed us to sleep really well. The location is perfect, with plenty of small shops nearby, the city centre within easy reach and the beach just a short walk away. The pools are clean and well maintained, and the food selection is excellent. Even as a picky eater, I always found something delicious to eat. There are a few minor downsides: sunbeds are often reserved early in the morning, and the rooms are not very soundproof. In particular, rooms near the outdoor bar can be noisy due to the music in the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms and delicious food!
