Good hotel !!! Polecam bardzo ???

The location is good, although the views from the hotel are disappointing. The atmosphere at the hotel is poor. There is no real entertainment at the hotel. They provide some live music away from the hotel at the beach bar a few times a week, although there is not much seating. The rooms are small, we booked a room for three people, however the room was only big enough for two. There were only cups and towels for two people and two balcony chairs. The maid service was very good and the rooms were kept clean, with daily change of towels and bins. Overall I do not think this hotel is good value for money. It is an average 3 star hotel. At times the hotel could get quite noisy at night with younger groups returning in the early hours of the morning. They have two pools, the first one is very difficult to get a bed because people put towels on all day to save them. The pool man did remove some when we complained. At the rear of the hotel is another pool with beds, however there are not enough beds for all guest. The beds in the main area have a plastic coating and this gets very hot, so you must put a towel down or burn. The food at the hotel was also average, although it was cooked well and fresh. Plenty of salad and desserts. The drinks let this hotel down really badly, the mixer drinks were all watery, with no real taste. Wine wasn't drinkable. We had to purchase drinks from the supermarket or go to the pub, which we didn't intend doing on an all inclusive holiday. The main selling point for this hotel is the staff, the Bar staff Dimitri x2, were really polite and helpful. Also the waitress in the restaurant, I think Anna, was very good and helpful. The hotel is very dated and needs an upgrade. The carpets inside the hotel are very stained. There is no toilet facilities around the pool, you need to go to the gym area down some stairs or into the hotel also an down two flights of stairs. An added note do not waste your money on the small train, it is boring, bumpy and just takes you along the dusty roads with no scenic views.

Just returned from staying at this hotel the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful food is very good with a good selection Bad points are there is no entertainment at the hotel (only at the beach bar ) also the drinks at the pool bar are awful we ended up buying drinks from the local shop myself I only drink coke or Fanta but even these were awful other people were saying the same this hotel could be excellent if a little effort was put into it, I wish the owners would sometimes speak to the quest and ask for there input it doesn’t take much maybe aqua aerobics and water volly ball /bingo /open the box all things that would it a better stay

We had a great stay, the rooms are clean, the food is great and people are very helpful. Also, this hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach. And one more thing, very close to the beach is located one of their bar, with beautiful workers and great local drinks, for free.
