A fantastic location to enjoy a relaxing holiday with everything you need. Access to the beach is so close, with bar and food on hand. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed, staff are attentive and friendly without being over the top! The food was some of the best Al we've ever encountered and the Asian (incredible sushi)Greek and Argentinian present great variety. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and were quiet, a nice feature of electronic DND function and cleaning request! The only negative was the challenge of people reserving sunbeds from 7am although the pool attendant was very helpful at fixing this problem on more than several occasions but feel this could be managed better to help and the experience of guests as a whole. The pool was a fun and energetic place led by the wonderful Thandiahi and Nikki, just so infectious and a real credit to the staff! The Rainbar staff was super friendly and a great laugh particularly Tellis! The poolside bar staff were so hard working, friendly and engaging! Massive thank you to Vasillias and Alexis for their wonderful hospitality and service! The Spa was exceptional and highly recommended, George and Genevieve were outstanding therapists and the experience from point of sale to leaving was incredible. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you to all the staff for making it a special holiday! 🤩

Lovely hotel, had a great stay Good and bad points like all Hotels and this is in my opinion!! Hotel is for over 12’s only which for us with older children was good -you can easily walk into sister hotel for use of water park -which was huge but bedlam when we visited. Lyttos beach definitely had more of a holiday vibe -much livelier, but that’s not what we wanted. There is an entertainment team here for daily pool/beach volleyball, Pilates, pool bikes etc but it wasn’t in your face if you didn’t want it, which was good. Grounds of hotel spotless and a lovely design, it has a calm feel about the place. Pools: smaller ones were salt water and very salty -so much so, you could float in them -the other I think was chlorine. Sunbeds -have to say, this got me down and I know happens in a lot of hotels -had to get up early to get a bed so couldn’t relax as people reserve them, and disappear for hours. Really didn’t want to join the sunbed wars, but left with little choice -There was a bloke walking around removing towels if beds left unattended for a while, but I witnessed him getting a mouthful of abuse from several guest. Food-decent selection, but definitely needs replenishing quicker as often standing around in a queue like begging for food- more staff needed in peak season. One restaurant had one man cooking food/replenishing and making gyros-he was under seige and I felt sorry for him. There was a snack bar by beach, Greek and main Buffett throughout day -operating a different times. . There are 2 restaurants you can book, steak house and Asian -both were lovely, particularly the steak house. Bars/drinks-bars great, main bar of an evening needs more staff as there was alot of queuing and waiting for drinks. Had to pay extra for some cocktails (expresso martini) which I thought was poor given this is a 5 star resort. Beer is on tap and a local beer. Entertainment-was on 3 times whilst we were there, all shows good, but needs to be more as the nights without entertainment, the atmosphere could be flat. Facilities: massive sports centre but we didn’t use as it was too hot-there is a small games room which pool/shuffle etc and a shop on site which was reasonably priced compared to some hotels I’ve stayed at. Location: about 30/40 mins from airport (€45 in taxi) it’s quite remote, but if you turn left out of hotel (beach side) and walk down the road, there are several restaurants and bars which are really nice -there is a small village with restaurant, shops etc. Room: we had deluxe rooms which had a double bed, partition door and a sofa bed. Rooms comfortable but the bed we had you only had to press down on it and next door could hear it -it was very creeky -this was reported but maintenance apparently said nothing wrong with it-even though this was very obvious. If I returned, would consider a beach facing pool room as these looked lovely. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return.

Jenevi was a superb therapist. Cretian massage was amazing as.was the mud wrap.
