Miramare Resort and Spa

The 2 main outstanding features of this hotel are the fantastic views and the excellent helpful staff . That being said like a great many hotels of this ilk it is a little worn around the edges . Little things let it down , the lamp on my balcony was hanging off the wall with the glass missing , numerous little alcoves dotted around the corridors where lamps had once been with wires remaining like I said little things . The rooms are of a good size clean with sheets changed every 2 days and abundant towels and the provided toiletries were nice . Now the food was buffet style and a little disappointing , food that should be served hot should be served hot , at this hotel nothing was , tepid at best and it deteriorated as the week progressed , the salads served on the last day were particularly disappointing the lettuce being past it's best with brown edges . All in all a thoroughly average experience !.

My husband and I recieved 3 treatmenrs at the Ioannas spa . We recieved a warm welcome from Effie who was very attentive through out our say. My husband enjoyed his back and neck treatment an I my body wrap. The Shape we up was an experience i had nor tried before but wow it was very energising .I feel great this morning.I highly recommend this treatment.

Hotel is stuck in the middle of nowhere. Got views but nothing else. No public transport, 20 min walk to town and marina. Food was atrocious, cooked hours before but failed to keep warm. Gov tourist tax €10 per day, safe deposit €30 per week, late checkout €50, indoor pool €25 per hour all a big rip off. Room was very basic and bathroom drains stunk. Won't be returning to this hotel or Greece again, will stick with Portugal.
