Miramare Resort and Spa

Me and my partner visted the spa as the weather wasn’t looking as great as the prior days. We were greeted by effie who was really polite and showed us to the pool area where we waited and relaxed until we were greeted by our therapist gianni who was lovely and professional. Both well looked after and came out feeling refreshed and a lot less stiff. 10/10 Would recommend.

A wonderful resort and spa near the town of Agios Nikolaos offering you stunning views over sea and mountains, luxury rooms with private bath and restaurants serving excellent meals. Besides the different pools for adults and children there is an attractive high standard spa area where Effie, the manager, introduced us into the spa‘s services when my wife came to swim in the wonderful warm pool while I had a very professional massage of my back and shoulders by George, one of Effie‘s polite and competent assistants.

Lovely experience for a first time abroad. Plenty of pools and great staff. Rooms simplistic and clean. Daily room cleaning. Town is 5 minutes away in a taxi €8. Downsides, food is pretty much same daily, not much choice for simplistic eaters. Best you'll get is chips and plain pasta if you are a plain water. If all inclusive, there are limitations. The hotel has its own extra premium so not all drinks are included. The onsite spa is the best part about the stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the manager is such a delight and made my day speaking with her regularly.

Our stay at the Miramare Resort & Spa in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, during the Easter holidays was truly unforgettable. The hotel perfectly combines comfort with authentic Cretan hospitality, offering a unique experience for the whole family. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a strong emphasis on local flavors. A particularly memorable highlight was the Cretan Day organized by the hotel, featuring traditional lamb and live music. The atmosphere was magical, enriched with authentic Cretan dances and customs, providing a genuine cultural experience. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of the bay of Agios Nikolaos and creating the perfect setting for relaxation. We also greatly appreciated the sense of privacy the resort provides, allowing us to feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Special mention should be made of the staff for their outstanding service. Kostas was exceptionally kind and helpful, while Markella from the Guest Relations team stood out for her professionalism and warm demeanor, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Overall, Miramare Resort & Spa is an ideal choice for family holidays, combining high quality services, a superb location, and authentic Cretan hospitality. We highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again!
