The hotel was not what we expected. The first two days were good, but after that the food was very repetitive. And on top of that not very tasty. I would recommend just going out to eat. The rooms were cleaned but only the floors were mopped, and it stank very bad. So we stopped getting it cleaned. Our bathroom was also really small which was very inconvenient. We had to ask for toilet paper twice because ours ran out. And the same for the towels. While the room was cleaned and clearly our dirty towels were put on the floor, they didn’t replace them. The shower also ran cold most of the times. We often had to shower in coldish water :/ The Location however is good, you are very close to the clubs and restaurants. However if you’re here for a peaceful holiday I would not recommend this place. It’s in between very active streets and it is noisy. The beach is very close with restaurants looking over the sea, which was nice for when we didn’t want to eat in the hotel. The staff was also nice and worked hard. This 4 star hotel is definitely not worth your money. Outside is a large yard with seating places, but we got really bored eventually. Repetitive music all days during dinner times. At the end, the atmosphere was very boring. People are very introverted and don’t make contact with eachother.

We had an ALL inclusive package for 7 nights. The hotel has 4 buildings. One of the buildings also has a kitchen. They bring food and dishes from there. We stayed in the next building across the road. The room was very small, there was a small gap between the bed and the wall, two people could not move. There could be a drying rack on the balcony. All sounds were heard very well. Refrigerator next to the bed made weird noise. There is no curtain or glass in the bathroom. All the water flows everywhere. The bathroom door was very stained, made of glass and there were gaps inside. In Estonia we use this kind a door for sauna or spa. We arrived on Saturday evening and on Sunday the toilet paper had already run out. We left a sign on the door “to clean”. When we come back to the room, there was no paper. We told to the cleaner and they still didn’t put it and finally the next day we went to the reception. The showergel on the wall was empty already on the first day and they not refill it. We use our showergel. One day we were not given 2 new small towels. With an all inclusive package, you expect/hope for something more. Breakfast, lunch, 16.00-17.00 snack (ice cream, cake, one day watermelon), dinner. Drinks at the bar at certain times. After 22.00 no more cocktails are available. Bar closed at 23.00. Alcohol is local. 3 alcoholic cocktail variants + wine, beer, raki, ouzo. They made coctails into the plastic cups. Beer and wine sometimes too in dinner and lunch. Food often runs out. Food is monotonous and repetitive. You don't get any experience. I got scrambled eggs with a moldy taste. There are no olives. In the meantime, there is white fish in some kind of sauce or a whole fish. Waffles and pancakes is good. Fries and tzatziki is good. Coffee is drinkable. We had our own coffee with us. The plates are dirty, I don't know how they wash these, like there is some kind of layer of fat or something like that on them. Lunch ends at 2:00 PM, but one day we had our meals before 2:00 PM and ate outside, at about 2:10 PM a plate with two whole watermelon slices and half a glass of wine was taken from the table. On the last day, check out was at 11:00 AM, the wristband was cut off immediately. We had 5.50 hours until the transfer. We were still able to eat lunch (we were given a piece of paper for this). We have time and are in the pool area and I went to get a drink, one beer for my mom and a coctail for me they told that we get only one drink and thats all. Like what??? That’s ridiculous. All all inclusive hotels I have been to, you get all the services and food/drinks until the shuttle bus picks you up and you leave the hotel. This was our first experience like this. One woman who had an even later transfer and had a breakfast and dinner package did not get lunch or dinner. If you don't get dinner, it would be fair that you get lunch instead. We arrived at the hotel at around 9:30 PM on the first day and there was no meal or snack, we went to eat in town. Very poor value for money. For this money or less you could have gotten a 5* ultra all inclusive hotel in Turkey where everything is really included and more. All inclusive is definitely not worth, if you then choose the breakfast option and go out to eat. The location itself is otherwise good, the beach is close. The town itself is more for young people who want to party and be in the middle of the action. A good sandy beach is the one in front of Creta Maris (fish and crabs swim between the rocks). My mom was 10 years ago in 3 stars hotel and she says it was better(more food choices, snack and all drinks all the time).

I arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour travel to find there was no hot water for shower. Over the next week, there was no hot water about half the time. This is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The food and staff are good. The internet drops off often. Shower head was cracked and water would just pour in.
