Pollis Hotel

Spend few days in hotel Pollis, friendly staff specially Ani in reception she was always ready to help. Food was very tasty and good traditional Greek. Plenty of food all day and drinks too...we had all inclusive. Room was small but with little balcony. Clean and tidy. Small swimming pool and two jacuzzi in quite large sunbathing area. Hotel location was great, just few steps from harbor. Many shops cafes restaurants aroud. Good value for your money.

I’m leaving this hotel with tears in my eyes, because it’s not easy to say goodbye to such wonderful people. From the management and reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly kind, warm, genuine, welcoming and open-hearted. You can truly feel that the people working here care about their guests. I could go on and on listing all the wonderful things about the staff, but the most important thing is simply this: thank you for making me feel so welcome and cared for. The food was also excellent! Everything was delicious, and I especially loved having fresh fish almost every day. A big compliment to the chef - the food was clearly prepared with care and passion. The hotel is family-run, and you can really feel that family atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming people. Thank you for all the lovely and fun evenings and for the memories I will take home with me. This was more than just a hotel stay - it was a beautiful experience with wonderful people. Rooms are smoll but clean. Staff is mostly frendly. A blonde woman with a ponytail works at the Pollis Hotel bar—and she clearly hates people! No smile, no warm look—just a bored attitude that makes guests feel very uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was lovely, the food and drink was really good. We always received assistance when needed. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was not what we expected. The first two days were good, but after that the food was very repetitive. And on top of that not very tasty. I would recommend just going out to eat. The rooms were cleaned but only the floors were mopped, and it stank very bad. So we stopped getting it cleaned. Our bathroom was also really small which was very inconvenient. We had to ask for toilet paper twice because ours ran out. And the same for the towels. While the room was cleaned and clearly our dirty towels were put on the floor, they didn’t replace them. The shower also ran cold most of the times. We often had to shower in coldish water :/ The Location however is good, you are very close to the clubs and restaurants. However if you’re here for a peaceful holiday I would not recommend this place. It’s in between very active streets and it is noisy. The beach is very close with restaurants looking over the sea, which was nice for when we didn’t want to eat in the hotel. The staff was also nice and worked hard. This 4 star hotel is definitely not worth your money. Outside is a large yard with seating places, but we got really bored eventually. Repetitive music all days during dinner times. At the end, the atmosphere was very boring. People are very introverted and don’t make contact with eachother.
