The hotel is ok but it is not 4 star I would say it possible 3 star it might have been 4 star when opened but definitely not now food is good always something to eat. If staying there have strong legs as it's up hill everywhere and the lift goes up one floor in lobby, rooms can be up to four levels higher anyone with problems with stairs not advised to go, the village is in the middle between Hersonissos and stalis 30 to 40 minutes walk either way . The hotel is all inclusive but they have a lot to learn about all inclusive it's not done well small plastic cups for drinks and slow service so expect to queue for drinks, beer wine and spirits are local and poor quality. The staff are nice very friendly and helpfull. One other thing there not enough sunbeds for the amount people there and if you want one get up very early to put towels on beds. Overall it's an ok hotel I had a pleasant stay i didn't stay in the hotel evening's as there is nothing to do most people played cards and no entertainment except for one night a week they had a dance group on but was poor show I left after 5 minutes.

We booked this hotel for a cheap getaway and, overall, it offered good value for money. The food was surprisingly good for a budget all-inclusive. Breakfast was probably the highlight, with plenty of choice and good quality options. Lunch included fresh salads, which were always welcome in the heat. The cakes were excellent, and it was great to have self-service ice cream available at both lunch and dinner. The staff were one of the best aspects of our stay. The reception team were very helpful throughout, and Maryam at the bar was absolutely lovely. She always provided excellent service and made the best Freddo Cappuccinos! (At an extra Cost) Our room was above the bar area and the views were fantastic, making for a very pleasant place to relax and unwind. There were a few downsides, however. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks were disappointing, with the beer being just about drinkable. The soft drinks tasted very cheap, which unfortunately affected the quality of mixed drinks. The rooms had a fridge, which was useful, but no complimentary bottled water was provided. In such a hot climate, this would have been a thoughtful addition. There was also no kettle or tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, which some guests may miss. The biggest drawback is the location. The hotel is around a 25-minute walk from Stalis and approximately 50 minutes from Hersonissos. While the walk itself is manageable, the gradual uphill climb back to the hotel can become tiring after a few days, especially in the heat. On the positive side, there is a supermarket and car hire facility at the bottom of the hill. If you're planning to explore the area, hiring a car is probably the best option and would make getting around much easier. Overall, this is a good budget all-inclusive hotel with friendly staff, decent food, and great views. If you don't mind being a little further away from the main resorts—or plan to hire a car—it's a solid choice for an affordable holiday.
