The spa treatment we received from Elene and Inna was amazing , the atmosphere and massage was relaxing highly recommended

Avoid, if i cpuld put 0 stars i would food, was awful with things regularly labelled as vegan when containing meat,as well as meat meals spilling into others from staff, do not visit if you have allergies as who knows what else is labelled wrong, service was terrible with staff very rude especially wait staff, even shouting at times for no reason, rooms were not suitable for the number of people it says as space was insufficient and limited, beds were left unchanged and unmade for multiple days, with dirty towels and rubbish left behind for days, pool areas unsuitable for the amount of people and hotel inexcessable for those with mobility issues, entertainment only once a week and people regularly ignored by bar staff, absolutely not a 4 star hotel pushing 2 at best but taxes made to be paid for 4 star, avoid hotel unless happy with bad service, food, cleaning and staff

Do not eat here is you are vegetarian, they mislabel their food and say it is vegetarian when it contains meat. Cross contamination is bad, they do not care that a vegetarian eats meat pie more than once labelled as vegetarian pie Food is poorly labelled. Vegan and vegetarian food is extremely poor.
