Silva Beach

Beautiful hotel ♥️ We arrived on the 6th May until the 12th May 2026. We didnt arrive until midnight (a long bus drive as we were the last stop but short bus drive on the way back to the airport). On arrival we were shown to our room which we didn't find ideal. After discussing with reception we were moved the next day to a gorgeous room with pool view. The entire complex is so clean and the staff were outstanding. The weather was perfect for sunbathing during the day and exploring the surroundings during the evenings. The food was exceptional with a huge choice for the all inclusive with a wide variety of alcohol drinks. We would like to give a special shout out to Clement Herve who was part of the Good Times animation team. He went over and above to include everyone in the activities. His customer relations skills were outstanding always chatting to customers and constantly bringing high energy to our stay. Thank you Clement you really made our stay special. 10/10 Silva Beach we will definitely be back.

Our group ( 4 adults and 1 child ) were in a "Silva Beach" from 02.05.2026 till 08.05.2026. One of the purposes was to celebrate two birthdays. From the staff of the hotel we felt PERFECT ATTENTION AND WISHES TO MAKE OUR REST as best as possible. From the hotel's staff it was organized, that we all ( 3 rooms ) were placed as close as possible to each other ( two rooms - together, one room less, than 1 minute to go to our rooms ). We arrived at late evening ( after 22:00 ), BUT food was prepared in our rooms. Coffe / tea / water was able to be prepared in a room too. When came date of birthday, HOTEL STAFF ( and RECEPTION, and RESTORANE service, and STAFF MANAGERS ) organized, let to the room it will be delivered VERY TASTY CAKE AND A BOTTLE OF SPARKLING WINE !!! And this was done like a surprise ( nobody from our group wasn't asking for that !!! ). I wish to say, that DURING ALL OF OUR STAY IT WAS PERFECT ATTENTION, WISH TO HELP AND REPSONSIVITY at the reception, VERY HELPFULL , KIND AND RESPONSIVES ADMINISTRATORS and RESTAURANT'S STAFF MANAGER, PERFECT WORK of staff in the restaurant ( always was possible to find a table, always enough of very tasty meals ), PERFECT BARMENS ( all drinks were perfectly made and, really, tasty ), unobtrusive but ALWAYS KEEPING AN EYE on cleanliness cleaning staff members !!!!! Additionally I wish to say, that staff is really thinking about their giests: at tha last day we had late flight ( a bus took our group at 19:00 ). The staff at reception helped us to pro-longe ( for additional money, of course, BUT THIS IS NORMAL !!! ) our stay till the evening. AND till our departure from the hotel we were not restricted to use all hotel's services. Regarding rest "under the sun" - there are two pools, near each pool it is possible to find a beach lounger. Near each place for "sun bath" there is a bar. Drinks in each bar are the same ( not like in some Turkish hotels - bar near the sea offers bear and some soft drinks only ). Enough beach loungers are near the sea beach too. The beach line is interesting: there is no "standard-wide sand-beach" near the hotel, but shallow place for "not very good swimmers" are organized. And that places are fully enough to feel the charms of the salty sea water. And for "snorkling-lowers" it is really VERY GOOD PLACE ( of course, there is not Red sea beauty, BUT FOR Mediteranean sea it is really interesting ), as there is good enough access, let to go inside the sea, and later look to the beauty of underwater life of the underwater rocks, which are changed by sandy seabed.

Eleni was brilliant, she was very accommodating. It was a really relaxing experience and would definitely recommend!

Arrived late at night 1/5/26. Check in was long and winded.. Had to fill out a form, the reception staff were not the quickest.. We were shown to our rooms, With it being late didn't really inspect it. Went to the pool bar, to be told the all inclusive finishes at 11pm.. Wasnt paying for a drink until sampled 1st, and so glad I didn't.. We went back to our room, Checked what we had in the fridge, which was a large bottle of water and two stale Chicken Nugget Cobs.. There is a Kettle with Two sachets of Coffee, Sugar and Two Milk Pots.. Which all wasnt replenished during our stay.. Bed was comfortable. Woke up to not a good room after all. The shower room was dirty, hair around the door stopper, shower wasnt the best. The outside wasnt great either, Broken tiles and the garden area was over grown.. As we had just arrived we didn't want to complain straight away, thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt.. As the days went by, the room only got mopped, no cleaning of the shower room, had to ask for clean towels as the maid would fold our dirty ones and put back on the rack.. Same with the bedding aswell.. The rooms are very dated but can cope with that as it gives it character but the cleanliness has to be desired. The pools are good... We always used the bottom one with the sea view. Beach is man made..its rocky.. There is a beach bar. There's activities going on with the animation team.. There's a Table Tennis court observed by the life guard, which will hide the equipment so you dont disturb her peace, sat in the corner in her bomber jacket. God forbid if anyone should need help, because shes in a blind spot. The floor around the pool is decking, in Which some panels are loose so be careful.. Maintenance work was being carried out during our stay.. No health and safety regulations are required... There are 3 bars, Lobby, Pool and Beach.. Pety who runs the Lobby bar is great, always has a smile and is very efficient.. You cant help yourself to tea, coffee or Juice as the machines are situated behind the bars, The one in the pool bar is always breaking down. There's two in the restaurant , only one was working when we was there. The Food.. I always say I never get why people moan about Food saying its repetitive. But I do now.. Omelette 3 times a day.. Followed with Pork in the hot plates and Pork being cooked on the station.. There's plenty to eat but its the same everyday..Mainly Pork.. There is a Chinese restaurant attached to the main one which is usable during meal times no booking required. There's also an Italian and Tex Mex restaurants booking is required, and is worth the visit.. All in all. The Hotel is in a great location, its just a shame its run down, it needs a good clean alot of maintenance work including the gardens.. Which all should have been done before opening up to guest...

Our second time at Silva beach and it was again Great! There are a lot of people we met last year and came also back Because they thinking is amazing as well. 1. The food is delicious and Every time you can choose other things. Besides, there is enough to choose 😍 2. The rooms are nice and clean. Every day there were people who cleand the room so that is Great 3. The hotel is right across the sea. Every day we come to the small bar at the sea, wich is also from the hotel, to drink Something and Watch the most Beautifull view. There are also a lot of nice places to walk to from the hotel. A lot to do close by 4. The staff like 😍 I have never seen such Nice people working at a hotel as here. They are all so kind and always making sure that you have the best time during vacation. Someome like Zoi who I see for the last 2 years as the most kind woman at the eating area downstairs. Also Hanna who is always helping and smiling during work time. And not forget xenophon who is very charming and for sure a hard worker Every day. Just look for this people When you are going to Silva, Because they will make your vacation even better! Overall this hotel is just amazing. We can’t wait to come back next year 🫶🏻🌞
